TODAY IS FrIDAY …. I DID FINALLY RECEIVE THE FLOWERS FROM LAST SATURDAY FOR MOTHERS DAY

am replying to the email you sent me confirming the deilvery of flowers to my mother, FOR MOTHERS DAY.
Today is Thurs May 14. Mothers day was Sunday May 10.
THE FLOWERS HAVE NOT BEEN DELIVERED.
i was onthe phone yesterday with an agent named Roxy( if that was her real name)
SHE SAID AFTER TALKING TO HER 38 MINUTES-

SHE PROMISED:
THE FLOWERS WOULD BE DELIVERED TODAY.

They Still have not been delivered.

They are a scam company & they took my money & didnt deliver the flowers and even sent a confirmation they WERE delivered.
I bought a special flower arrangement for my sick mother who is dying in bed.

Worst company I ever dealt with!

To Reply to Just Flowers comment : I explained I received a confirmation email it was delivered BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED. Besides the fact Yesterday someone promised to deliver today. So your little reply is BS.

Do not order from Just Flowers STAY AWAY!

I ordered flowers for my daughters Birthday. The order was roses and daisies, carnations, lilies with very few rosed were delivered. They looked nothing like what was ordered. (I even upgraded my order). Customer service stated the flowers that were delivered were of the "same dollar value". NOT! I was offered a $10.00 credit back. I was not happy? Then another offer of $10.00 off my next order. Like I would ever place another order. Do not order from them!

Please read, and never order from this company. Terrible service. No confirmation email or follow up. Flowers were never delivered. You can’t get through on the customer service line, it will ALWAYS make you select one of the options after being on hold for 10+ minutes and then makes you leave a voicemail and they won’t call you back. I sent 5 emails and only received one response letting me know they were crediting me after being 3 days late with my delivery for Mother’s Day, and never specified how much they were crediting me. Turns out they just refunded me the whole amount and never told me they weren’t going to the deliver the flowers. If they have a promise date, especially on a busy holiday like Mother’s Day, don’t trust their word. Joke of a company and would never recommend them to anyone.

4 days late and still waitinf

I ordered flowers last minute. Was not surprised they were delayed by a day, however, I am on the fourth day of “we’re so sorry, they could not be delivered today”. I know the local florists in the destination area - not a chance they are too busy to deliver 1-2 days late, much less 3. Customer service is functionally only via email. Will never use again.

My order for Mother's Day still hasn't been delivered. From Saturday through today 5/13/26 I have received a text and an email stating that they "were unable to deliver my order today and have rescheduled it for tomorrow." I sent an email on Monday to their service department with no response. I called them yesterday and had to leave a message, no return call received. I called again today and had to leave another message. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I am so sad I was unable to get flowers…

I am so sad I was unable to get flowers delivered to my mother on Mother’s Day… I was not of until the last minute that they would be unable to deliver them the day I was promised… I waiting the day after for them to be delivered and it wasn’t until late in the afternoon that I received an email saying it was delayed yet another day. All the phone calls I made prior to ask about an ETA were not answered because I waiting on hold for longer than half an hour and had to go back to work. No call back no response to emails until I called back today 3 days after the delivery was promised… the lady said they already sent an email and refunded me… I had to have her rewrite an email to me so o had documentation because the email I was supposed to have received had never been sent… money still hasn’t been refunded, they made no attempt to explain why they were unable to deliver the flowers when I asked many times… they were for a special occasion and they ruined it… they have one job, if they can’t deliver the flowers at least let me know so I can make other arrangements… or attempt to make me feel like you care to do anything… I feel ripped off and so upset because they ruined a very simple thing for a special day and I’m not even sure if I trust them to give me back my money… it was very important to have a simple bouquet of flowers delivered by a company who has one job… they did everything but make that happen. Truly truly disappointed and I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Last place I would ever recommend

I ordered flowers to be delivered on Mother's Day (5/10) and as of 5/13, there has been no delivery. I get automated emails telling me that it has been rescheduled for the next day, every day. I have called and emailed every day since the missed delivery with no answer or reply. Today, someone finally answered. I was told that is was rescheduled for today and to refer to the delivery policy, which I have read through. I obviously am getting the run around and don't expect any delivery. I will be contacting my bank to try to get the $95 back and will be posting reviews where I can. Do not give these people your money, it is a scam.

I would give this company a 0 if possible . Placed an order for flowers for my granddaughter . I received a notice they were not delivered on Sunday -they would try the next day. They were not delivered on Monday -the next day - so I finally got in touch with a mgmt person -who asked me to wait until Tuesday-so I did -knowing she would not get them -. I called back Wednesday to speak with a mgr to get a refund . They told me she received the flowers - I had already spoken with my granddaughter - she had not received flowers . I asked them to give me the name of the local florist they were using - and they would not give it to me . Needless to say - I called three local florists - close to where she lives and they did not have an order for flowers for her . They all told me not to use JUSTFLOWERS - they were just a scam .One of the florists stated they wouldn’t even take orders from them . So buyer beware - they are stating flowers delivered -they don’t deliver -they don’t want to refund your money -call a local glorist in the area you want flowers delivered .DO not deal with these people .

Worse company ever my mom ordered flowers for me for Mother’s Day it’s Wednesday and they just called me apologizing saying it was too busy to deliver because it was Mother’s Day!!!! Like what? All florist know Mother’s Day is busy this is not an excuse they should have been prepared or don’t take any more orders! Company is a scam don’t use them! Ruined my first Mother’s Day!!!

Worse flower company I’ve ever dealt…

In regards to order # is 10447049. I placed my order on 5/3 with plenty of time for my order to be delivered the day before Mother’s Day that I even paid over $21 for. I am IMMEDIATELY requesting a refund for the delivery fee, since my order kept getting pushed back and did not get what I paid for. This is by far the WORSE flower company I’ve ever dealt with. My sister in law received the flowers three days after Mother’s Day. There was no response to my messages, and since I was never able to speak to someone, I pressed option 1 (place an order), which I only did to get a hold of someone there they answered immediately. When the flowers arrived the arrangement was completely different than what I had ordered and the flowers were half alive.This company shouldn’t even be in business. Horrible experience!! EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

Ruined Mother’s Day for My 97 y/o Aunt

If I could give them -5 stars, I would…

JustFlowerscom is by far the most despicable, fraudulent, corrupt florist outfit l've ever encountered.

They failed to deliver flowers to my 97 year old Aunt for Mother's Day and they have STILL never arrived!!! I received an email ON Mother's Day saying they would be rescheduled and Lwould be notified as to when they would go out and when they were delivered. None of the above ever happened and they keep lying about calling the florist. They have ZERO PROOF OF DELIVERY AND ARE REFUSING TO REFUND MY MONEY WHILE DOING ZIPPADEEDOODAH TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED!!

I no longer want the flowers sent out. I want my money back immediately. You people are and absolute disgrace. How dare you?? My Aunt is 97!!! I pray she lives to see another day! Not that you abject unempathetic people care in the slightest, but if she's given the time on earth, I sure as hell wouldn't dream of celebrating her special day by placing an order with JustFlowerscom. I just read your response. What a joke. This is the same canned response you are emailing everyone whose order and Mother’s Day you ruined this year... I have been telling you people for the last 3 days that the flowers were never delivered. Regardless of what the floral company says… The floral company…who has not a single time stamped proof of delivery to offer, no email saying it was going out, and no credibility.

Do you seriously think people are so stupid as to think it takes you 3 DAYS to get in contact with your own vendor partners??? THEY ARE YOUR VENDOR PARTNERS!!!! If you can’t get a response inside 3 days, that means they are unreliable!! That is exactly why the flowers never arrived! The company is not reliable!! They haven’t been able to produce proof of delivery because they never delivered it!! Got it? It’s a florist, not the Pentagon. Not NASA!!! GET ANSWERS!! Talk about adding insult to injury!

There are all kinds of family members who live with and around my Aunt. SOMEONE would’ve seen those flowers being delivered… Since I ordered the flowers, no one has seen anything of the sort. Please stop lying. I was lied to by members of your team on each of the, no less than 5 times I called yesterday.

Your company didn’t get it done, didn’t deliver the flowers (You had one job) and now you’re slow walking the refund. Without photo proof which is the industry standard for situations just like this, you have no leg to stand on and NO RIGHT to keep my money. Not you, and not your failed floral vendor partner.

And I give zero cares about what the florist said or did not say. The flowers weren’t delivered. Plus… They’re just going to tell you whatever you want to hear to keep their status with you, and to try to keep people’s money. Duh! Stop dragging this out!!! Do not order from this company.

Ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day on May 8 to be delivered on May 10. Not only did they not arrive until May 12 in the evening, but it was not anything close to the arrangement that I paid for nor was it worth the money I paid. The total was $110, and after a bit of research, I found that they went to the local grocery store to pick up one of their arrangements which actually cost about half the price, do not order from them. I called them and it routed you to a voicemail. There is no way to do any inquiry without changing the delivery date. It literally gives you no option.

Avoid at all costs—they do not honor their word.

Complete bait-and-switch. They promised same-day delivery for Mother's Day, missed it twice, and then refused to issue a refund when I tried to cancel. I was told "Saturday," then "Sunday," and finally "Monday." It is clear they take orders they know they can’t fulfill and then trap you in the purchase. Terrible service and dishonest business practices. Again, I will never use "JustFlowers.com" again. I ordered flowers for my wife the day before Mother’s Day, and they explicitly assured me of same-day delivery. That turned out to be a total fabrication.
After failing the Saturday delivery, they texted saying it would arrive Sunday. When I called to cancel and request a refund, they flat-out refused, claiming they "couldn't cancel." Sunday evening came and went with another text pushing it to Monday.
They misled me regarding their capabilities and then used the holiday as an excuse to keep my money for a service they didn't provide. Absolute predatory behavior—save your money and go elsewhere. Dr. Taylor
Your reply does not address your failure to honor your promise to deliver on the day you said. You just used/copied the text that you sent me on Monday (2 days after I placed my order) actually late on the 3rd day (Monday) my wife received her Mother’s Day flowers. Very disappointing! wilted and drying flowers in a jar for $79.

i ordered flowers for my mothers funeral and a beloved mom sash. the flowers got there on time but already wilted and dying, dirty water in a old jar with dirty looking water. they also did not bring the beloved mother sash for her casket. stay away from this site. they said that they can’t do anything about the ordered because the funeral home accepted it and i can’t prove we didn’t get the sash. terrible arrangement and customer service

Absolutely horrible experience with…

Absolutely horrible experience with Just Flowers. I spent over $100 for Mother’s Day flowers that were NEVER delivered. No one called, no updates, no accountability — nothing. I left messages and still have not received a return call or resolution.

This company completely ruined a special occasion and took my money without providing the service promised. Customers deserve better communication, honesty, and basic customer service.

Do NOT order from Just Flowers. Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and wasted money.
