Ordered in advanced. Day needing flowers notified at 7pm that florist that accepted order could not fulfill order. Asks for refund, was offered $10 discount and could select preferred date for delivery. Since that was today asked for refund 5 more times. Was offered credit for future order. Why would I risk ordering from this company again, manager was busy on another call. Very poor customer service!

A Surprise Detail
Though I randomly found the Just Flowers link, it turned out to be the best decision for several reasons:
One, my contact with a real person pleased me in both style of speaking and details. Two, I had given just the town in which the recipients live. When they called me to thank me, I was told:
"This is our FAVORITE FLOREST !" It happened that Just Flowers chose the best, Broadway Floral, in Denville, New Jersey.
My friends sent two photos of the magnificent arrangement. I had chosen an upgrade for Serenade in Blue. They were extremely impressed and named all the flowers! Thank you!!

Company prepared a lovely boyquet for my daughter's bhirthday and delivered it timely as promised.

I never used Just Flowers before but needed flowers delivered the same day for a celebration of life for a best friend! Thank God they had beautiful options available on their website, advertised same-day, and actually did it. I ordered the flowers around 10am and they were delivered by 1pm. They were just as beautiful as in their picture. My friend texted me a picture immediately, so happy and thankful for the "stunning" flowers! I will definitely recommend and use Just Flowers again! Thank you!

The florist put together a bouquet that captured the advertised flowers photo and which exceeded my expectations. The flowers brought comfort to the recipient which mattered to me. This visual expression of sympathy was deeply appreciated.

The site was easy to use. The people called me from the company to confirm my order. I really appreciated that! I live in Finland, so most companies avoid making a long distance call, but with the call I was able to explain where the delivery was going, etc.
The recipient told me that the delivery person was extremely nice and gave detailed instructions to help the flowers last longer. I will order from this company again!

Ordered a bouquet ahead of time to be delivered for a solemn weekend, remembering a loved one. Delivery was on time and courteous. Beautiful flowers, thank you.

Customer service kept me up to date on my order from the start to finish. The only thing I had problem with was on the website it wasn't clear what size plant I would be sending. When someone called telling me the plant I chose to be sent would have to be substituted for another plant. That was no problem. The problem was when I ask the size of the plant I found it would be much smaller than I thought. For the price I would have thought I would be sending a much larger plant. So in my opinion the plants are over priced.

Site promises same day delivery which doesn't happen despite paying over $20 for a delivery fee.

I ordered an arrangement fromJustFlowers for a memorial service expecting it to be delivered on time. Unfortunately, the arrangement was never delivered and I was not notified in time to make alternate arrangements. As a result we were unable to express our condolences to the family, which was very disappointing given the circumstances.The lack of communication and accountability reflects poorly on their customer service. Based on this experience, I would not recommend JustFlowers.
I canceled the order after the delivery was supposed to be made.

Your website was easy to navigate and I liked that you gave some of your bouquets names which helped me choose one for my daughter. It was called A Bundle of Hopes and was just what she needed. I live in Ireland and my daughter in America so all I got was a picture of the flowers which seemed to coincide with what I ordered.

The beautiful orchid was delivered to our daughter’s place of work and she was thrilled. Thank you so much for your awesome service

Everything was great all but I asked for them to be delivered by 12 noon and they didn't get there till around 5pm after my girlfriend had already left for work... that was very disappointing 😞
