Habe mich verifiziert, Ausweis läuft am 15.05.23 ab, neuen beantragt. Der vorläufige Personalausweis der Behörde wird nicht akzeptiert, obwohl Verifizierung vorher abgeschlossen war.
Der neue Personalausweis ist noch nicht da. Kontakt mit dem Support endlos aber ohne Ergebnis. Gelte als nicht verifiziert. Danke für den Service.

Ganz miese Abzocke. Einmal 40€ und einmal 10€ auf Konto überwiesen, Geld ist weg. Joom macht ein auf dumm und ahnungslos obwohl alle Nachweise vorliegen. 50€ also weg. Scheis Betrüger

Seid bloß vorsichtig!!!!
Habe seit ein paar Monaten diese Karte genutzt und ging alles gut bis heute. Da hat jemand aus England versucht über 300 Euro einfach von meiner Karte abzubuchen und habe bisher niemandem meine Daten weitergegeben. Wie kann sowas sein bei einer so langen Kartennummer, dem Verfalldatum und der CVV, derjenige muss ja alles wissen dann?? Ist das jemand vom eigenen Unternehmen?? Bin echt geschockt.

Echter ik ontving een e-mail in oktober dat de debet Card functies worden uitgeschakeld eind december; geld opnemen of ermee betalen kan dan niet meer. Wat heb je dan aan een Joompay rekening?

Misleading
Joom is not a financial institution!!
Although that they saying that but it’s misleading!
You can use joom only for transfer under the 50€.
Pay attention everything above that sum ,automatically blocked with NO refunds what so ever.
And account deactivated
You gonna get they copy paste crap - that we regulated institution bla bla bla
In fact that’s the company policy. ( not exactly company)
No doubt that joom is a scam !
Hope they be punished by the law

Bislang hat alles reibungslos funktioniert! Heute erhielt ich eine zahlung da ich mein Handy verkaufte und schon wurde das Geld einbehalten und wollten einen Beleg der Zahlung haben .
Antwort; Es wurde an die angebliche Abteilung weitergeleitet und ich würde in ca 7 Tagen erst eine Antwort erhalten!
Tut mir leid was soll ich dem Käufer nun erzählen? Tut mir leid meine Bank macht was sie will der Versand erfolgt erst in 7 Tagen? Er kommt sich doch betrogen vor ! So wie ich mich gerade von joompay betrogen fühle!
Bisher nur positives erlebt mit der Bank aber nach dieser Sinnlosen action war es auch das letzte Mal! Ich warte nun auf mein Geld und danach wird das Konto sofort mit einem Anwalt gekündigt! Das kann man niemanden empfehlen! Telefon Kontakt? Gibt es keinen!

Full scam company
Dont used this.. Support 1/10 give answer 1 time for full day. Joompay its full scaming company, its not bank..
I got a transfer (instant payment). Even on a day off, the sender's bank writes that the money is already in the account. Joompay says there is no money. Then on Monday night they seemed to come, but not to me, but to them. They just don't credit me. They demanded to confirm immediately, I did it.
After that, they are silent and there is no information at all. I even said, well, send it back or deposit to me, they are also silent.
If this company give back money me or sender, i change my review.

Peor experiencia de mi vida en cuestion de atencion al cliente y siporte son incompetentes no responden cuando estas de urgencia le mande todos los datos de mi tarjeta de credito con la que recargue extracto y todo y me reembolsaron el pago pero aun no llega a mi cuenta es la peor aplicación que se puede descargar le escribo a todos sus correos y no contestan es una vergüenza

JoomPay is a lazy service with non existant customer service
They lure you in with a smooth verification process, and set you up with an instant Visa (virtual).
But as soon as I topped it up and was going to test the transferring/card functionality they just blocked my money and didn't even bother to answer neither in they so called "24/7" live support or mail.
It took 4 hours before someone finally replied.
I can NOT recommend JoomPay to anyone.
*Update*
I finally got my funds released, and I will give JoomPay a second try and re-evaluate my opinion if it turns out better than the first experience.
Raising to three stars for now

J'ai acheter leurs carte à 5€ plus 7€23 sur ce compte voulent me reconnecter celui ci me met (votre compte est en cours de desactivation) d'autant plus j'ai fais pas mal de commandes et j'ai validé mon identité avec Carte dID et numéro de tel si c'est comme ça tampis publicité mensongère et arnaque si vous pouvez créé ce genre d'applis n'importe qui peu le faire bande de voleurs

Funcionamiento pésimo, recargo la primera vez, una segunda y cuando voy a recargar la tercera me dice que tengo que facilitar los datos y propiedad de la tarjeta o cuenta desde la que hago el traspaso, nunca me había pasado con una entidad sería y segura.

Menuda cara dura tienen
Tenía una tarjeta de estas para ir metiendo los ahorrillos, este año me di un capicho y utilicé el dinero de la tarjeta que lógicamente era mío para hacer dos compras, me envían un correo diciéndome que les justificara donde había echo las compras y que había comprado. Desde luego la cara dura y la sirvergonzoneria no tiene límites, encima que el dinero es mío, que les justifique en que lo he gastado. No recomiendo esta tarjeta bajo ningún concepto como tienen tanta caradura de pedir explicaciones de en qué gastas tu dinero. Y hablan de otros países, pues estos para estar en Luxemburgo lo hacen muy bien.
