Delivery was very slow. Item was badly packaged and damaged. Would not really recommend.

Excellent service and product
Super easy to order, delivered within 48 hours and the costume was top class. The description on the website was spot on and the pictures clearly detailed the quality, style and colours.
Lots of really positive feedback about how good the costume was too.
Would 100% recommend.

Don’t let reviews scare you
I bought an outfit before I read the reviews and became very worried. But although the outfit was absolutely fine just wrong size I returned it and had my refund back in my account within 2 weeks even with the halloween rush.
Annoying that I had to pay postage to return and lost my delivery fee but better than losing the full amount

service is. I would give a zero star
if I could!
Purchased a product and advised of a 48 hour guaranteed delivery - which is why I bought the overpriced product with postage costs being one half of the product costs.
Ony after it hadnt been delivered was I told - no deliveries via Royal Mail over the weekend!.
It was "tracked" and even though the item was small enough to go through the letter box it remained in the sorting office instead of on me at Sunday's parade 🥲
Now these clowns want the item sent back at my expense and will only refund the item costs - NOT the postal costs which would both ways are way more than the item's value.
DO NOT GIVE these tricksters your custom! 0/10

I received my costume and tried it on it was to small so I put it straight back in the packaging and returned it.
I got told that my refund had been declined as the costume had been worn, rip off merchants
