Pausenlos muss man wieder und wieder das Passworteingeben! Die Qualität der Musik ist schlecht, wenn man Code einlösen will kommt Pausenlos die Meldung man müsse die Sicherheitsfragen beantworten und am Schluss geht es wieder von vorne los! Es ist nicht möglich eine Code einzulösen! Man hat echt das Gefühl die von Apple hatten nur Singen und Klatschen in der Schule! Seit über 10 Jahren jedes mal die gleichen Probleme wenn man ein Paar Tage nicht auf ITunes war! Absolut unfähiger Haufen bei Apple und Co!

I post this as a warning to anyone considering using Apple Music.

I moved from the UK to Switzerland and changed regions with Apple. As a result, all of the music that I had previously purchased was removed, including music I had made myself and added to Apple Music. Most of the music was not on my iMac because I was using the Apple iCloud service. After many support calls and emails I was told that I should have first downloaded all of my music from iCloud. There was no warning or advice about this when I made the region change. I've lost everything I owned but more importantly, I've lost music that can't be replaced. So much for using Apple cloud services. I asked if the engineering team could recover the files from iCloud but they are unwilling.

After being a loyal customer for many years and having spent a lot of money on Apple products and services, I feel utterly let down. Shame on you Apple.

I find myself driven to write this in exasperation at itunes behaviour. I have a fast, very fast, PC, a Ryzen 5900 with 64mb of ram, running Windows 10 64. It is also very well sorted, all the right bios settings, drivers and firmware. I have a lot of software all running at once, including very big graphic design files using lots of resources, yet the only thing that ever courses it to crash it b***** itunes. And it doesn't just lunch itself, oh no, it's like a full-on throwback to Windows 98 days where the whole system becomes unresponsive until eventually you have to do a hard reset. It's hilarious that Apple peddle themselves as elite, when in reality they are totally inept compared to most other modern software producers.

Jeg har for første gang lejet en film i Itunes.
Efter 5 minutter begyndte filmen at hakke. Jeg har ellers fibernet 1000/1000.
Efter gentagende forsøg, fik jeg besked at jeg kunne få adgang igen om 225 min.
De er absolut sidste gang jeg lejer film i Itunes. 39 kr. For ingenting.

I wish I can give minus zero star. They billed me for over 2 years and I didn't have any Apple product.The cheek of it is they offered to refund me just 2 months money they've stolen from me.Cheers Apple for robbing the poor guy.

Why am I missing Music that I stored on my old iPhone that didn’t go into my new iPhone. I uploaded CD’s that I own to my computer and loaded all of them to my iPhone but they are missing on my new iPhone. WT💢

PC User - This thing is an absolute disaster!!! I was having iPhone since 3G, and boy this thing is a nightmare. I am on iPhone 12, I have iPad PRO and this thing as a management tool for your library hurts me every single time I try to do anything with it. From wireless sync to syncing music on different devices to backing up my phone. If there was a SINGLE reason to go on iPhone, it would be that you will never have to use this piece of "software" again.

I used iTunes for iMovie videos, purchased them as I needed them. Great! Then I had to subscribe. I guess so. Got a lot of tunes for my 10 bucks, then saw that every one I downloaded was protected against use on iMovies. Really???!!! I’m only making family videos. So Apple Apps don’t play well with each other it seems.
Now the songs I got after subscribing and canceling are gone.

Purchased Adele 30 and ABBA Voyage , then noticed they were no longer on my iPhone library eventually got a refund , no explanation as to how or why they were taken out of my library I wonder how many more albums I’ve bought , no longer in my library not noticed , as they have no idea as to why … you all need to keep an eye on your purchases

Ikke første gang jeg har prøvet at købe hjælp til spil og ikke modtaget det men at de tager mine penge. Sidste gang jeg bruger dem er simpelhen urimeligt at man bliver afvist refundering af en vare man ikke får. Tyveknægte siger jeg hold jer langt væk

iTunes hjælper sammen med banken, hbomax med at stjæle fra mig..

itunes von apple ist ein Scheißprogramm, beim Importieren von CDs ist es total langsam und unprofessionell !!!!

good selections of song and very fast support. unfortunately, this app doesn't combine my new music with older music, but it's ok. I find new music myself

I bought several songs from the iTunes store. Paid a lot of $$.
Downloaded them to my computer.
But can’t play them. I get the message that it is locked and that I can’t play them on this computer. Also, no matter how many times I input my Apple ID and password, it still does not work. Again, it locks out my computer.
IT IS A CURSE !!
I AM AN APPLE CUSTOMER!!

Worst app ever actually, worst customer's support, you wont be able to cancel anything........

Habe mir ein Album von Moonshine Bandits gekauft, wobei drei Lieder nicht funktionieren! Auch bei älteren Käufen bei iTunes kam es immer wieder vor, dass ich für die Downloads zahlen durfte, doch aufgrund der Probleme, die iTunes seit längerer Zeit verursacht, kann auch bei den meisten Käufen nicht einmal die Lieder anhören.

Rausgeschmissenes Geld - iTunes/Apple hat es in den letzten vier Jahren nicht hingekriegt, dass sowas nicht wieder vorkommt. Im Gegenteil; es passiert immer öfters!!!
