iTunes is honestly the worst platform I have ever used. Almost unusable. It's taken me 2 hours to download some music because of the hoops you have to jump through to get anywhere. First it wouldn't let me update my security questions and therefore it would block me from downloading anything. Then after I downloaded some songs (why do you have to order every song individually if not part of an album?!) it failed the payment card. Then stopped me from being able to update it. And then I couldnt remove it. Eventually managed to get the card details sorted out and so far I have been at this for almost 2 hours and downloaded about 5 songs... I am genuinely shocked at how terrible and unstable iTunes is considering apple pretty much rule the world. Oh and now it's blocked my card completely....fantastic.

Ich quäle mich seit jahren mit itunes. Ich habe eine grosse musikbibliothek. Dauernd grauen sich titel aus, titel werden nicht gefunden, itunes macht eine eigene ordnung oder speichert woanders. Jetzt habe ich die schnautze voll und möchte meine bibliothek auf android umstellen und weg von diesem unprofessionellen, komplizierten system. Weiss jemand, wie man das angehen könnte?

Die Handys und deren Bedienerführung sind spitze. Haarig wird es jedoch, wenn man Musik oder Fotos exportieren möchte. ITunes ist wirklich der größte Scheißdreck unter der Sonne. Wer diese Software entwickelt hat, sollte auf dem Mond geschossen werden. Das macht wiederum die Handys nahezu unbenutzbar.

most unstable official software ever, itunes cannot work with any iphone, even from official website from the first page when downloaded latest version it will still ask you to upgrade it after installation. Issues with iphone x in 2022, latest software says incompatible phone. Reinstallation cannot fix itself, unable to stop required processes in the OS for rebuild of own database. Not worth money, I have stopped wasting money on Iphones, no more.

I like it more than spotify because of the better quality of the music, that's all lol

Apple Care-Support is exactly that. They are very supportive in solving any issues with your Apple products, i.e. Macbook Air, iPhone 12, and my Apple watch. Every time I call them they are consistently kind, professional, and knowledgeable. They should receive more positive accolades for the excellent work they do!

Good service, very frequently used

The app needs to be updated every time you turn your computer on and for what? Nothing visible. They make you agree to the most non sensical user agreement and if your on PC the apps don't or rarely work.

Я пользуюсь сервисом уже миллионы лет, серьезно около 10 точно. Никаких нареканий, подписка лольяная, имею ввиду цену, есть семейная подписка благодаря которой ты можешь подключить членов своей семьи и разделить медиатеки.

Мне очень удобно пользоваться этим сервисом, как меломан заявляю, что лучшей альтернативы айтюнса на рынке пока что нет. Эппл всегда доказывает что сильна не только в маркетинге, но и в грамотном и уважительном подходе к потребителю, несомненно.

by far the worst platform to buy movies and other media. I mean, how can it be that I rent a movie and can't play it, repeatedly?!
I don't want to know how many times iTunes support has refunded me the purchase price of a movie because they just can't play it.

Why does music in my library keep disappearing? Then I end up repurchasing and don’t say that’s not possible because there are numerous versions of the same song and if you don’t remember which album you initially purchased from, you buy the same song twice. Apple charges outrageous prices for their products and still, it’s not enough. On top of overpricing products for customers, they are thieves!

Urgh! I loathe this so much. I'm giving up on Apple. One annoyance after another.

A lot of my mates prefer to use android, and other music platforms like Spotify and Soundcloud. But I actually enjoy using itunes and Apple music with my iPhone. The pricing is the same as Spotify, but the music quality is much better, and the playlist setup is much more organized. When I've tried Spotify, I was super confused by the setup and it all seemed messy and unorganized. So I prefer to use itunes, and Apple music.

Huge range and really good sound quality.

Not the cheapest service but worth it for the massive library.

It is a bit expensive but sound quality is excellent and range of music is massive.
