Quick answer and good solution

I had an issue with my old iPhone 11 Pro Max — the phone wouldn’t turn on, and even restoring it via DFU mode didn’t help. UltFone presents itself as a solution for all kinds of problems and clearly states on their website that they offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
However, the reality is completely different. Their customer support keeps sending the same generic template responses over and over again. Once you request a refund, they stop communicating entirely and refuse to return your money. It is essentially impossible to have any meaningful communication with them.
On top of that, an additional product was added to my cart without my consent — something I did not need at all.
If you don’t want to lose your money, I strongly recommend avoiding this company and its applications. This company is scam.

Man klickt sich durch alles durch, lädt Ewigkeiten die passende Software herunter und dann funktioniert es nicht, weil man es kaufen soll. Okay denk ich mir sie akzeptieren ja Paypal, dann kann ich das machen. Nö, akzeptieren sie nicht, kann man nämlich nicht auswählen, nur Kreditkarte (hab ich nicht) und googlepay (hab ich auch nicht) Dabei steht überall beschrieben, dass Paypal akzeptiert wird. Kann man aber nirgendwo auswählen.
