Bestilte to Daw Eames stole, da der var et knald godt tilbud 2 for ca. 1200,-
Var dog noget forbeholden ved at bestille, da jeg ikke har handlet hos dem før. Jeg kontaktede dem efter de 10 dage som jeg kunne for at få en ordrestatus og der fik jeg oplyst at min lampe var ved at blive pakket??? hmm jeg har bestilt 2 stole. Jeg ville få besked på mail fra DSV transportfirmaet vedr. lev. Dagen efter ankom stolene - en lidt mærkelig overraskelse, da jeg intet havde hørt fra DSV og heller ikke fra kundeservice, men var selvfølgelig glad. Jeg lukker op og ser så til min store skræk at det ene stel til stolen er total ridset ikke var lidt men rigtig meget med mange dybe ridser. Orker bare ikke at skulle sende dem retur for så måske at vente i flere mdr. på at få et nyt stel. Jeg valgte at beholde stolene som de var nu når de kun kostede mig 1200,- Kan dog godt se forskel fra de ægte til de kopier, men igen 1200,- (:

DAMAGED TABLE, CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT GET BACK TO ME

I had order a very expensive table in october 2013. The delivery time was postponed three times and when it arrived almost 6 months later it was damaged and therefore unusable!!

My disbelief reached its peak when after uncountable calls and emails which were left unanswered, I finally get an answer as follows: "Thank you for your email an I am really sorry that my reply, due to a busy period in Customer Support is delayed. I am sorry for damage on your table and I would like to offer you a compensation for this. Therefore I have registered a gift card for you of 20% of the value on the order. The code for the goft [SIC] card is xxxxx and I hope you will find something on our website that you would like to use it for. "

This is utterly unacceptable. I have demanded that the table is replaced or repaired. I have not heard back from them since then.

I will NOT recommend the brand Ikon M to friends or relatives anymore.

Still waiting for my delivery

I'm still waiting for my delivery, it's shipped but I haven't got any tracking ID or info where it is. I expect my order will be here next week, 3 weeks after I ordered an express delivery.

Langsom levering!

Der stod 1-2 og efter 3 uger måtte jeg kontakte ikonm om hvorfor min ordre stadigvæk stod som afventende! Efterfølgende dog hurtigt, får jeg dog besked at de netop har sendt den og at der nok vil gå yderligere 10 arbejdsdage altså yderligere 2 uger! Det er oplyst et tracking nr, hvor der intet er at finde! Skuffende første gange køber hos dem her!

alt for længe venten i forhold til lovet

Egentlig god kundeservice men efter 7 ugers venten stadig ingen stole. selvom der står 3-4 uger på hjemmesiden... Så ikke lige det man regner med. Spændt på at se om de overhovedet dukker op og om de i såfald lever op til forventningerne.

Kan kun anbefale ikonm, købte AJ gulvlampe, godt nok var leveringstid lidt lang, viste at leveringstid var lang, men hver at vente på.. 👍😊

Almost 6month wait

I would never order from this company again. I ordered a table on 19th October and am not expecting to receive it until the end of the month. I knew that it had to be made, but nearly six months for what I have no doubt will arrive as a flat pack. I have seen similar tables in reputable stores at around the same price and ready for delivery. What makes me angry is that they do not specify the length of wait on their website. Also, though they respond to emails they never answer any criticisms. After telling this company in an earlier email that I would not shop from them again this week they offered me a£30 voucher . Needless to say I will not be using it because my intention is to spam their website once a delivery has been made.

Lousy quality and terrible customer service

I made two orders in December 2012 and January 2013.

The item that was delivered first (a stool) had two of its legs broken off, even though there was no damage to the packaging whatsoever. Obviously, the item was packed in the box in a defective state and Ikon M failed to perform any quality checks as they claim to do. They apologised and promised to deliver a new stool in 14 weeks when the next shipment from China would arrive.

I then received the larger order which contained multiple items: three lamps, a sofa and a table. It arrived about a month late (which didn't bother me that much at the time). The marble base for one of the lamps was broken since it was packed in a simple cardboard box, without any protection whatsoever. The quality of the lamps was very disappointing: many dents in the sheet metal, multiple electrical hazards (like sharp metal edges cutting into the plastic cord), sloppy assembly leading to one of the lamps being "skewed"... and so on. Nothing like the quality of the pictures on their homepage.

The metal base for the table looked like it had been assembled in a back alley metal shop (which was probably the case): welds and joints were obviously not the work of a craftsman.

Of the five items delivered in the second order, I only kept the sofa and one of the lamps. Ikon M accepted responsibility for the faulty items and promised to deliver new ones in a few months. They managed to send me a new marble base in just a few weeks but it was incompatible with the other parts of the lamp, in addition to being defective in itself. Ikon M once again accepted responsibility and promised to deliver a new item.

By this time, I was fed up with the slow responses of their customer service and demanded a complete refund for the defective items. They first stonewalled me but then agreed to a refund. They then stonewalled me again and would not reply to my emails regarding how they would perform the refund and if they wanted to take back the defective items (which used up a lot of space on my attic).

As I had luckily paid for both orders with my credit card, I was able to contact my bank and file a fraud complaint. My bank dealt with Ikon M from this moment on, but I had repeated contacts with the lady at the bank's fraud department who handled my complaint. Even though her main job was handling fraud complaints, she was appalled by the behaviour of Ikon M and how they handled the situation (both before and after she got involved).

In the end, I got the money back thanks to my bank's involvement. I would never recommend anybody to make an order from Ikon M: lousy quality products and terrible service.

Delivery time very long!

I ordered my chairs about three weeks ago and at the moment I ordered them they were indicated as available in stock and that delivery would have been fast. I then got an email a few days later saying that they had been shipped. When after ten days I inquired about why they hadn't been delivered I was told that the message I had received was an automatic message and that they hadn't been sent yet. Very confusing. They said it would take another 3 to 4 weeks to receive them! Quite disappointed frankly. I hope the product will be nice at least.

Avoid at all costs

Placed an order in October 2013 and after numerous emails and calls to follow up - no response. Now it looks like i've been ripped off.

I would question wether they are a genuine company.

Hold dig væk! De snyder!

Har forsøgt at komme igennem med supporten men denne kommer ikke med konkrete svar på noget som helst - kun floskler om "vi gør vores yderste". Første rykker lovede varen en måned senere end hjemmesiden angav - det er nu. Leveringen er atter udsat og der kommer fra supporten svar om at det nu er om 3 uger. Tror efterhånden ikek på at der kommer noget - føker mere vi agerer bank for firmaet. Desværre er varen betalt og jeg skal selv gennem bøvlet med at få pengene tilbage.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

I placed a substantial order in December 2013 and seeing as December is a busy period for any business, I gave them the benefit of the doubt when the items had not yet arrived in January. I contacted customer service by email at the end of January to be told that none of the items were in fact in stock and that the delivery time would be 18 weeks.

This was the first time I was made aware of the long delivery time (their website needs to be far clearer) and would have normally cancelled the order, however, I was assured that half of the order was in fact arriving at their warehouse very soon and I could expect part delivery in February.

February came and went. I contacted customer services again by email in March but received no answer. I chased up my email a couple of days later, but again received no answer. At this point I decided to cancel the order.

After calling customer services, I was told in no uncertain terms that I could not cancel my order. When I challenged this, I was told that they would not issue a refund as the items I had purchased were not big sellers and that they would be unwilling to hold them as stock in their warehouse. This is completely unjust and when I challenged this, I was met with a lot of hostility which, quite frankly, was verging on being threatening. I was told that they did not have time to deal with my issue, and I quote: "our other customers are more important." Eventually, I was hung up on. I called back, they hung up again.

Categorically the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. As far as I am concerned, they are the perfect example of how not to run a business. Their customer service is by far the worst I have ever experienced, to the point where it is almost comical.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Avoid this company at all costs

Our first order from Ikon was delayed by approximately 4 weeks. One item was cancelled, as it could not be delivered by Ikon, I received a refund for this item, and I was able to purchase it on InteriorAddict, and it was delivered on time.
The items delivered on the first order were of very poor quality. The Pap Bear chair does not look like the photos and it had one of its head wings bent. Ikon refused to refund, offered a £150 cash refund, or £200 credit. The lamp was broken, I am still awaiting a replacement- that is 5 months on....
Anyhow, I made the mistake giving Ikon anther chance, ordering another chair. I have been told, after 16 weeks, that they are unable to deliver my chair. Lovely customer service. That is after several phone-calls to Ikon confirming delivery date. I am not waiting for Ikon to respond to me, letting me know when my ordered chair will arrive, maybe never. Again, please do not even consider doing business with this company. I will give a company one chance, but two complete disasters, that is pushing my patience. Again, please avoid.

My fourth order from this great retailer!

Though I am yet to recieve my new order, my previous three has been completely satisfactory. Good quality and affordable. When problems have occured, they fix it as quickly as can be anticipated.

Item STILL NOT RECEIVED AFTER 6 MONTHS, lied to be about delivery dates, refund refused - AVOID THIS COMPANY

Having placed an order on September 10 2013, I looked forward to receiving my stool in the next few weeks.

When I made the purchase I was not advised the item was not in stock and would be made to order. I also received an email confirmation, which does not state the order was not in stock and would be made to order.

A month later I enquired why I had not received the item. At this point I was told the item would be delivered within 18 weeks - in the beginning of the new year - because the item was being made to order. I was disappointed, but decided to wait for this period.

In December I once again enquired about delivery and was told I would receive a delivery notice in the first week of February.

This date came and went. So, in the second week of February, I once again asked for a delivery date. On this occassion I was told the item was expected to arrive at Ikon M's warehouse by the end of March and would be shipped to me 5-10 working days after this.

I replied to Ikon M that a delivery date nearly 7 months after placing the order with no fair warning was not acceptable and that I would instead like to cancel the order and receive a refund.

Ikon M refused, claiming that because the item was made to order their terms and conditions did not allow for a refund.

Once again I pointed out that I had no point been advised the item was not in stock and would be made to order. I also pointed out to Ikon M that their terms and conditions were in contravention of UK distance selling regulations, which state that items should be received within 30 days and allow the purchaser to cancel an order in exchange for a full refund at any point from placing the order until seven working days after receiving the item.

Rather than processing my refund, the Ikon M customer services adviser replied that the delivery would be earlier that previously estimated - the item was due to be received in the third week of February and I would receive delivery 5-10 days after this.

On February 20 I was contacted by Interlink Express, who texted me to say the item would be delivered on February 24. This day came and went with no delivery. So, on March 3, having still not received the item I contacted Interlink.

They told me they had received details of the order from Ikon M but had not received the item for delivery.

I now have no choice but to pursue Ikon M for a refund through my bank - I don't believe they ever intend to deliver this item to me.

I honestly can't think of any other explanation. How can a company operate on this basis and expect any kind of repeat custom?

I urge you to shop elsewhere. There are plenty of other reputable suppliers of replica furniture online, with which I have never had a problem.

I just wish I had seen the litany of negative reviews of this company before I placed the order.
