We work with some of the foremost designers in the furniture industry to create our unique collections, but we also pay homage to famous designer classics with our iconic collections. We are trend starters, and every design we produce is based around what our customers are currently into.

Our fantastic craftsmen and upholsterers handcraft all of our furniture, and every order is created to the customer’s specifications. Both the craftsmen and our amazing quality control team check each piece for flaws before the items are shipped off, and we even include a 5-year warranty in every order as an added security.

Seriously FUNKY stuff, at bargain prices-Perfect for modern living :D
Ikon M have fantastic & funky pieces that would be a HUGE talking point in your house!! Somehow managing to be both retro & modern, There is most definitely something that would suit everyones taste. Frome the iconic Jacobsen Egg Chair, to more off the wall Felt Ball Rug, I had quite literally HOURS of fun choosing! My personal favourite is the Blackboard Sticker!! Such good value-would definitely recommend xx

Urtolig dårligt at pengene trækkes 3 mdr før varen leveres
Vil aldrig handle der mere !!! Fik i mail besked om at vi ville modtage varen start, midt marts. Den ankom d 23/4, altså meget senere end lovet. Tror ikke det er lovligt at trække pengene før varen levers. Vil aldrig handle der igen

Thank you for your feedback. Ikon M is based in London. It is a normal procedure in the UK that money transactions take place before items are delivered. This differs from what is used to in Scandinavia.
We are very sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you :(.

Ni har sagt att de är på väg i flera månader nu och jag börjar verkligen känna mig lurad på mina pengar:(

The worst company I have ever dealt with
I ordered the lights because they where in stock and I've still not received them 14 days later.The designer and restaurant owner are extremely disappointed as we have had to open the restaurant with no wall lights up as it's taken your company still over 2 weeks too send 3 light fittings across to NIreland which takes normally max 2 days.When will they arrive who knows. Vår lampa var beställningsvara så vi väntade ca 2 mån, men det visste vi om. När lampan kom motsvarade den våra förväntningar och efter överenskommelse så betalda vi mot faktura när varan kommit.

Terrible- things were prepaid but never delivered!!! Avoid this company
My advice is not trust this company as I prepaid the chairs that are not delivered for 2 weeks. No information and follow up. I must start the investigation and in the worse case report the police. Be careful!!!!!

Dålig kvalité, seg service och lång leverans!
4 månader sedan väntar jag fortfarande på mina sista saker i beställningen, det kan jag leva med. Däremot kvalité som gör att sakerna faller isär är mindre lätt att se mellan fingrarna.
Detta ha gått fel:
Beställt matstolar, fick barstolar.
Flos-lampa chandeler 30, dålig passform på lampsocklar, flera fick man knö in, några sitter endast halvvägs. I en av fästanordningen mot lampan hade något fyllt med lim och trott att det skulle hålla. Resultatet, direkt vid montering lossnade den. Alltså saknas en arm.
Service:
Mailat 10 gånger om leverans när det blev fel, inga svar, till slut samtal och bättre besked. Dock ändå ytterligare förseningar.
Köp gärna här ifrån om ni vill ha felaktiga försenade grejer, annars bör ni nog välja något annat. Sista gången jag köpte från ikon, synd, för jag gillar deras tanke.

havde bestilt koglen i aluminium denne ankom også hurtigt efter bestilling men...... ak og ve det er nok den ringeste kopi jeg længe har set forarbejdning bærer tydeligt præg af hastværk udsende lever på ingen måde op til det forventede så pas på med at bestille netop koglen her

Custom service is good, but I am not satisfied with the quality of the items!
Your custom service is good, but I received damaged goods (it seems damaged before packed for shipping!) and I was compensated a ticket of 10% of the cost of the item, that is not good enough. My ordered CREAM colored items look light green! Cream is off white!

How can it take 3 months for a lamp to arrive??!!
Used to doing all my shopping on line and all my stuff arriving in a week to ten days I was eager for my new lamp bought on Ikon to arrive. After 10 days of nothing since my order I wrote to the help line on the site to be informed that I would not receive my lamp ordered in March before June.
Thats fine if it is your policy, but I would have appreciated being informed beforehand that you did not have the goods I requested in stock...

Langsom levering. Jeg ved stadig ikke hvornår, eller om min vare overhovedet ankommer.
Jeg er enormt utilfreds med leveringtiden på min vare fra Ikon M. Der stod på hjemmesiden, at det højst ville tage op til 10 arbejdsdage, indtil min vare ville ankomme, på den pågældende adresse. Men det var ikke ligefrem korrekt. I dag, den 6. April, er min vare fra firmaet stadig ikke kommet.. Der er i dag gået 4 uger siden min bestilling, og 3 uger siden min vare blev sendt.
Jeg sidder nu med tvivlen om, om min vare nogensinde dukker op.
Men dog, vil jeg gerne rose deres hurtige svar, på mine klage-mails.
Nogen der har oplevet det samme, og dermed ved, om ens vare(r) kommer til sidst?

I was less than impressed to receive the complete wrong that.
I payed a great deal and expected a great service.
I received neither.
The picture is also different to the actual chair you purchase and so is the description.
The customer service was poor, it took forever to get a reply.
I wouldn't recommend.
