Fast delivery with good service and good prices

Great service and great products excellent prices used few times now definitely be using more.

The couriers DX were very poor. I ordered and paid for a pre 12 and there was no information provided by DX as to what happened, but I disnt receive my delivery. I will say that HSD staff did everything possible they could to try and get some information from DX, but to no avail. My heaters did arrive the day after they should have. So it’s the courier firm, rather than HSD, that I am really hacked off with.

MYLEC Ceramic Electric Heater
Purchased in October 2024 but developed a fault when trying to programme it for winter 2025.
I emailed HSD and phoned them several times to solve the issue. They were extremely patient with me and did all they could do to help.
Well before my last attempt, they offered, without any prompting or hesitation, to replace the heater free of charge.
I would like to thank especially, Tina Teale at HSD, for her constant attempts to help me.
I'm pleased to report that the replacement heater was dispatched and received within 3 days. It is now working well.

The orders are always processed swiftly with prompt delivery and timely updates.
When contacting customer service I have always found the staff knowledgeable and extremely helpful with a very pleasant manner. I have reordered many times.

The heater arrived promptly and was very easy and straightforward to set up and fix in place in my greenhouse. It seems to be a quality item. So far it has coped well in protecting plants in the greenhouse from some severe frosts. The heater works better without the protective cover, if it's not required, as it seems to soak up some of the heat. The heater bar isn't too hot so hopefully that will be reflected in low usage costs.

My first order arrived super quickly but the box was damaged, they instantly replied and sent out a replacement which then got signed for and without delivery photo attached. I emailed the company as i could not find the item, they instantly helped me and it was located in perfect condition.

I will definately shop here again.

I rarely (never) write review and I have only a single dealing with HSD up to now but I am certain that I will be a returning customer. I had an issue with an order, which was resolved so quickly and without complication that it took me by surprise! Really a stand out company, thank you.

Ordered item on 18/11/25 for delivery on 21/11/25

I received both an email and text saying my delivery was due to be done on 21/11/25 and tracking showed item as received at Stafford service centre

I waited in all day and no delivery arrived and received no updates.

Received a text and email on 22/11/25 saying to expect my delivery on 22/11/25 between 14.40-16.40. I was tracking the delivery and saw it was in Stoke at 14.00 and in Stone at 15.38.

Out of the blue a text came at 15.55 saying that they had not been able to access the property and to rebook delivery. We live on a normal road with a drive and excellent access. Also have a ring doorbell and no-one has attempted to deliver. It’s a total lie.

Now have to wait till Monday. Really needed item for this weekend. Would not have ordered from HSD if I had know there are issues with the delivery company.

Prompt delivery of my order. Very, very effective product.
