We ordered and promptly received a heated blanket .....which sadly died completely shortly after delivery .......fearing the worst I contacted a delightful young lady at HSD.....who solved the problem for me and offered a refund or replacemen .... ....and subsequently immediately forwarded a replacement which is keeping my wife warm and cosy .......top 5 STAR SERVICE ....THANK YOU HSD ....❤️🫡🙏👍

We bought a Mylek ceramic heater in Jan 2025. Great product and really made a difference in our cold living room.
The customer service and advice over the phone was great.
December 2025 we noticed a burning smell from the plug while in use. The inside of the plug and melted and the fuse was burned. We tested the socket (no issues) so contacted HSD Online over the phone as the heater is still under warranty.
Prepared myself for a challenge getting a replacement or refund (past experience with other companies) but the service was second to none. I was concerned we’d be without a heater while it was resolved over the Christmas/New Year period.
When I explained the situation the gentleman on the phone apologised and said a replacement would be with us the next day (New Years Eve). No quibble, no fuss. Very pleasant to deal with. Not sure I thanked him properly as I was a little in shock (sorry!).
We’re delighted. We have a replacement without any major inconvenience and, although it was a bit scary knowing we could have had a fire from the faulty plug, HSD Online have rectified the issue with zero stress.
We’re very grateful.
