First time ordering and i am super happy. My order arrived really fast and very quick responses with any concerns i had. I would definitely order from here again

Ordered just under a week before the concert. Would have arrived in time but the sender didn't pay the full postage fee. I had to spend extra money just to receive my package.

Went to the shop amazing experience the lady was so kind let me pick the music and gave me a free pc. I purchased an album but got it posted back home came amazingly packaged and arrived fast.

Daughter very happy with our purchase (her present), exactly what she hoped for and no problems at all. Price reasonable too!

I ordered two NCT lightsticks about a week before SMTown in London they came very fast and were in perfect condition. I was kind of scared they wouldn’t come before the concert so I emailed customer support who were very very helpful and got back to me very quickly. They kept in touch with me so I knew what was going on with my order at all times which left me feeling assured. I would definitely order from here again!

waited nearly 3 weeks for my item to be shipped, had to email them asking when it would be shipped for them to even do it, with no response apologising for any delays either.

I sent a message on their website after working hours with a question about an item, and still got an immediate response. my purchase was made that evening and shipped out the very next morning. Packed professionally, and came with a sweet little note from one of the employees. Great experience, will definitely be shopping here again!!

I ordered Enhypen lightstick, it arrived within a couple of weeks, the staff were very friendly and replied to my messages quickly, I will definitely use this store again!

Always a great experience shopping with them. However this time my order was incorrect and I received the wrong item. They were quick however to response and get this corrected. Only gave 3 stars because of the wrong item being sent and still awaiting confirmation of them picking up the item to provide me what I ordered. I will still continue shopping with them though as always great.
