Ordered at 11pm at night, shipped the following day at 11am, arrived at 11am the day after. Packaged safely in lots of bubblewrap, thank you to Kate who did my order 🫶💖

If you are hesitating on buying from kpop korner, listen to this. I had some difficult requests for staff, which they helped me so well with! I bought on the online shop, and the staff that helped me was called Becka, she is such an angel!! She is the nicest staff of ANY shop I have EVER spoken to. Don't hesitate on buying from kpop korner. Best kpop company I have EVER ordered from. I will definitely be buying from there again. So if you are reading reviews because you are skeptical. GO GET THAT MERCH NOW!! DONT WAIT!

It was lovely, they had the best k-pop songs playing in the background and the choices of stuff you could by were original, up to date and simply just amazing!!

I bought 3 albums during their 3 for 2 deal. On the way home, I opened one of them and saw that the CD was severly cracked and unusable. I sent an email to seek help for this issue and have not gotten a reply, even though it's been over a week. I went in store to get a refund but was told ' as the item was sealed, the damage probably happened before it got to the store and it was damaged when I bought it and so they can't give a refund. Ive never heard such a silly excuse, I'll never buy from this company again.

Visited the Nottingham store for the first time today and will absolutely return again soon! Wide range of albums and photocards (which I of course ended up leaving with a couple), Becka was super friendly and knowledgeable, loved talking to her while deciding which photocards to get ♡

Everything was intact and it was quite quick actually! The moment I asked for an update, my albums came the next day!!!

I also got a cute note and they recommended me a song from RIIZE 🥰

The staff are all really friendly always happy to help!! I visited recently and Becka helped me find exactly what I was looking for :) the layout of the shop is perfect and the vibes are always amazing :) will forever be my favourite place <3

This was our first visit to kpop korner, and I was very suprised by the album selection they had. The variety was amazing and it was very well labelled. We didnt visit the cafe on this occasion, but we were blown away by the customer service we were given by Becka, her knowledge was fantastic and she was very helpful. Thanks to this very lovely lady we spent way more than we planned! (But it was worth it)

There was a delay in getting the album, which I don't mind but there was no communication. I emailed and got no response but when I called after to follow up they were polite and informative and also checked why I had no response and rectified that. So overall a good experience after the fact.

The staff are always super helpful and sweet! I just wish they sold more girl groups😭 it’s like 70% boy group merch and the girl group merch is mostly only the SUPER popular groups(like le sserafim, twice, blackpink, ect) I wish they sold groups like ARTMS and young posse. Other than that tho, I don’t have any complaints

One of the best experience iv had with a kpop store, the staff are lovely, especially becka, absolute sweetheart and is always up for good chat, the store also holds amazing events for people to attend and i cant wait to attend a few, thank you to all the staff keeping the place together ❤️❤️

Perfect! I've been looking for a good store to buy albums in the uk for a while now and now I have finally found one! I purchased 3 albums (The sin: vanish, do it, and we go up) and they were in perfect condition, nothing wrong - they have a very wide variety and a great selection of photocards which I got 7 of! Definitely recommend!!

I went in to look for some stray kids albums and there was a full shelf dedicated to them which made it a lot easier to shop for the stuff I wanted. The had a large range of albums so you have a lot to pick from. The staff member, Enny, who was at register was sweet and friendly to be around. I would definitely go back again.

Great ordered 1verse and xlov signed albums came perfectly I was updated in shipping and have kept me updated on my member signed album that is delayed amazing customer service super lovely 💓

I've ordered twice now and neither time have they informed me that my order shipped, so I couldn't track them. They were both pre orders, so I wasnt sure when they would ship.
I had to ask after one of my orders as a whole month passed after the scheduled release date to find it had been shipped weeks ago but never arrived. And then I had to email and message multiple times to get the tracking number for the replacement.
Very poor customer service and not giving tracking numbers for parcels seems insane to me

Great selection of K Pop products, fast delivery with the personal touch. Highly recommend.
