Good even with the delay
There was a delay in getting the album, which I don't mind but there was no communication. I emailed and got no response but when I called after to follow up they were polite and informative and also checked why I had no response and rectified that. So overall a good experience after the fact.

Great store!
The staff are always super helpful and sweet! I just wish they sold more girl groups😭 it’s like 70% boy group merch and the girl group merch is mostly only the SUPER popular groups(like le sserafim, twice, blackpink, ect) I wish they sold groups like ARTMS and young posse. Other than that tho, I don’t have any complaints

Best kpop store experience of my life ❤️🥰
One of the best experience iv had with a kpop store, the staff are lovely, especially becka, absolute sweetheart and is always up for good chat, the store also holds amazing events for people to attend and i cant wait to attend a few, thank you to all the staff keeping the place together ❤️❤️

Perfect
Perfect! I've been looking for a good store to buy albums in the uk for a while now and now I have finally found one! I purchased 3 albums (The sin: vanish, do it, and we go up) and they were in perfect condition, nothing wrong - they have a very wide variety and a great selection of photocards which I got 7 of! Definitely recommend!!

Excellent Experience

Friendly place to be at and good range of groups
I went in to look for some stray kids albums and there was a full shelf dedicated to them which made it a lot easier to shop for the stuff I wanted. The had a large range of albums so you have a lot to pick from. The staff member, Enny, who was at register was sweet and friendly to be around. I would definitely go back again.

No information given after orders
I've ordered twice now and neither time have they informed me that my order shipped, so I couldn't track them. They were both pre orders, so I wasnt sure when they would ship.
I had to ask after one of my orders as a whole month passed after the scheduled release date to find it had been shipped weeks ago but never arrived. And then I had to email and message multiple times to get the tracking number for the replacement.
Very poor customer service and not giving tracking numbers for parcels seems insane to me

All of our order updates and tracking emails are fully automated and synced directly with Royal Mail. When an order is dispatched, tracking information is automatically generated and sent to the email address used at checkout. On our side, we can see confirmed dispatch and tracking logs showing these emails were successfully sent.
If emails are not being received, this is usually due to email provider settings (such as spam filters, blocked domains, or inbox rules), rather than the emails not being sent. That said, we absolutely want to investigate this properly and prevent it from happening again.

Its so amazing to have a local Kpop shop, and you can purchase online too the shipping costs aren't unreasonable. Its not easy to purchase Kpop items in the UK, so 감사합니다

Order multiple times from this company…
I originally left a positive review, but that completely changed on Christmas Day. My daughter opened both of her gifts only to find that the photo cards had been removed. At no point did the listing say the photo cards were taken out, and nothing stated that the boxes had been opened beforehand.
When I contacted the company, their response was that the description “didn’t say it included them”. That’s a complete cop‑out. Every other retailer clearly states when photo cards are not included, and in the past when I’ve ordered different versions of the same item, the photo cards were always there.
This feels misleading and an easy way to get sales by showing a product that isn’t what you actually receive. Really disappointing experience and not something I’d expect from a company I previously trusted.
