Be very careful with this company
Be very careful with this company, they have hidden “fees “ that you don’t see until you check your bank statements, I had a very bad experience with them, they overcharged my a hotel room that was under $300 directly , cost me over $430 with this company, in my opinion that’s shady and scamming!

WAY more expensive than booking…
WAY more expensive than booking directly. Didn't acknowledge that we were Az residents and DON'T get charged the resort fee. Then, charged me $20 when I cancelled the reservation. I should have read the reviews before using your site - you have been hammered over and over about your fees and poor customer service, Lesson LEARNED!!!

Costly refresh
I was booking a hotel for August when the page refreshed and changed to the date to the sane day (12th of july). I noticed just before paying and when I pressed backwards to update the date, the payment went through. Obviously I didn't want to book a night at 8pm on the day but the hotel couldn't do anything, the site is US and I am in UK so couldn't call anybody. While the reservation is non refundable I was asking to put the cost of the website glitch into a room for next month. I contacted the company straight away to show how this shouldn't have gone through in real time. No communication, no attempt at resolution or help eventhough this was due to a site malfunction. My case has apparently been closed and I have lost £126 over this. Very, very annoyed is an understatement
