There where roaches in two of the rooms i reserved and there were unsavory people hanging around rooms trying to get in drugs being sold and used at hotel and the management drinks 0n the job unsupervised children running around in the parking lot roach powder on the floor where it could seen and eaten by small children air-conditioning licking leaving terrible smell in the rooms I have pictures

I reserved a room with them and even purchased their ripoff cancellation insurance I canceled the room the very same evening and they still have not refunded me my money This is a very crooked company they will steal from you I highly recommend do not ever use them. they are crooks.

Repeating myself multiple times and the agent having the wrong date from my reservation

If i could give negative stars I would. They hung up on us multiple times, refused to book a room. They took my money for a room then they refused to fix the date of the booking. The booking was made with refund protection but instead of refunding my money they gave me a useless voucher that I can't even use. I tried to use it and when I called to use it the geniuses ask you for your booking confirmation number. If you read the fine print it clearly states you CAN NOT use the worthless voucher on a pre booked room. Where do they find these people? When we told them we didn't have a reservation we needed them to make us one they told us I'm sorry we don't do that. Are you freaking kidding me?!!! Are they from planet moron? So I'm still fighting to get my money back. I would not use this website. I'd use a much more trusted well known site. This one sucks!!!!

They never mentioned a no cancellation policy or protection. They were very misleading about the property and location. Holiday Lodge is a drug infested criminal dirt bad meth dive. I checked other reviews on different sites. The city of Salem considered the 1400 address as the most dangerous location in Salem Oregon. My visa card company is already on it. They know about the shady business practices. They should be about done as a LLC. THEY WILL CHANGE THEIR NAME AND START ALL OVER. I called the motel and hotel planner acted as I was talking to the property. This is pure deception. Can't imagine this underhanded business will be in business much longer. The word is out that they suck. Review pictures on other sites show how disgusting and dangerous the location is.

Price changed while I was making reservation. Other than that hoping my birthday is a a bash.

This place is unbelievable bad. I booked a room and then 4 days later I had to cancel. The date i booked was over a month away and they won’t refund my money. They just want to give me a voucher. Simply a scam!!
