Pessimo prenotato e pagato una camera che era già prenotata sto aspettando il rimborso pessimo

Don't ever use Hotels.com!!
They allow fraudsters (Gordy Apartments @ 52 Chamberlayne Ave) to face a property on their site who take your money and Don't allow you access to accommodation.
There is no recourse after this. You will never see your money again. And the fraudsters are still allowed to be on their site.
We were not the only victim of this fraud.

Har desværre haft den mest ubehagelige samtale med en medarbejder, der talte nedladende og på ingen måde var forstående eller imødekommende.
Så dårlig oplevelse, at jeg fravælger at bestiller igennem her igen!

stayed at the president hotel blackpool the food was very good room was clean there is no fire evacuation instuctions in rooms the radiator in room did not work had to ask twice then on timed no chair in room. rooms dont look like pictures on website the offer on bar get one get one free is three beers and some spirits and the price of pint in the bar is inflated £5 a pint

Prisen for hotellet var 5 gange højere gennem hotel.com sammenlignet med direkte booking hos hotellet Pearly i Antalaya, Tyrkiet. Det rene røveri. Dertil var hovedattraktionen, jacussi på værelser, uden varmt vand og værelset var som størrelsen på en lille tændstikæske.
Hvis du har set programme nul stjerner, ville dette hotel passe fint i kategorien

I would like to say that, The Hotel Court House (Shoreditch, London) is perfect for Holiday Living, it provides so many facilities, we have enjoyed every single things over there. One of the Colleague of the hotel (Name: Abdul Ahad) he helps us alot in every small things. He was so polite with us and honest.

We used Hotels.com to book a stay in the City Square Motel, Melbourne, for 23-27 September 2023. We realised we would be arriving late, when the Motel Reception was closed, so we messaged the Motel through Hotels.com. We received an email from the Motel, which gave us a number for the Front Door Access Keypad and another for the Safe inside containing the key to our room.
When we arrived, the number we’d been given allowed us to gain access through the Front Door, but when we tried the number for the Key Safe it would not open, so we could not gain access to the key for our Room.
We then had to spend most of the night in the Motel's Scruffy Dirty Lobby. However, a couple came in and said exactly the same had happened to them, but they had later been given the correct number. Their Number allowed us to gain access to our room key. We then found the Room to be much scruffier than the pictures given by Hotels.com and the Bathroom was filthy.
We went to bed very tired, but were awoken before 6.00 am by an horrendous noise. It sounded like a Jack Hammer and other banging like demolition was taking place on the other side of the Wall.
We complained to the Reception next morning, but they were not interested in our not gaining access to our room for most the night, but they changed our room. This room was no better and just as noisy.
We have since complained to Hotels.com twice, but they say they could not get us any refund. We sent photos of the filthy bathroom to Hotels.com, but they did not respond to them. We will never book through Hotels.com again.

Made reservations for to stay a few days at Towne place suites by Marriott Charleston-North Charleston. We had stayed one night and our room was a beautiful room, I've never been to the nicest hotel in my life. Unfortunately there was a death in my family, had to leave. But I definitely will go back. I love the receptionist at the front desk. She's a very sweet person. I will miss her.

The most terrible customer service, not helpful at all.
I'm a customer since 2013, dozens bookings and would never use them again.
Booked the hotel, but due to the flight delay arrived only 4 o'clock morning time. I've contacted the hotel in advance and been told there will be no one at the reception after midnight, but they will text me the instruction and nothing, no instruction how to get in, where to get a key. Contacted the customer service several times, and nothing no apologies, no help no full refund from hotel.com
Avoid the hotel.com and their main website Expedia

Booked the Ascot Hyde Park hotel in London through this site. As my husband became unwell and unable to travel the hotel and hotel.com were contacted. I didn’t want a refund just the option to change the date. The hotel were most unhelpful (will put a review of them later) and hotel.com promised on the virtual chat to get it sorted for us. This was in July and still not sorted out. This site take your money and any problems after they leave you too it so beware. There are other sites who have been most helpful and stress free like booking.com ……will not be using hotel.com again

Problème non résolu d obtention de rewards
Hôtel.com n assume pas leur process mis en place par leurs propres agents et joue sur les statuts compte ou invité
Leurs réponses sont hasardeuses et sans prise en compte de l historique réel de la commande
Il convient de les éviter car ils obtiennent des commissions des réservations assurées sans aucune contrepartie client ( rewards non donnés )

Alors quand je vois la note et les avis rien ne m'étonne.
J'ai voulu faire fonctionner la garantie prix car dans la même soirée j'ai trouvé moins cher sur agoda de 103€ réponse dans les 5 mins un motif farfelues indiquant que la chambre n'est pas la même ce qui est totalement faux . J'abandonne je refais la même demande avec cette fois le site de l'hôtel moins cher de 50€ et la tenez vous bien refus nous n'arrivons pas à acceder au site ensuite on le dit l'hôtel n'est pas un concurrent ensuite qu'ils n'ont pas la certitude que c'est le vraie site de l'hôtel.
Bref tous ca pour ne pas faire fonctionner la garantie.
Je vais saisir la DGCCRF

Booked a stay on their site, price said pay now price or pay at hotel, but when paying it was more, twice I contacted customer services and all they can say is ‘it’s an average price’ so fluctuates, do you want to cancel and book again. Absolutely rubbish. Who runs this company 🤷‍♀️

Impossible de se faire rembourser un hotel pour une recherche en Grèce qui en fait se trouve en Crête, Non spécifier pendant la recherche, ni pendant la réservation...la surprise se fait après paiement!! Impossible d avoir une vraie personne en ligne QUE du virtuel...pas de remboursement pas d avoir!,, Une vraie arnaque avec mensonge/omission sur le site hotel.com pour cet hôtel ZORBAS Apartement

Habe jahrelang dort im eher hochpreisigen Segment gebucht, immer alles gut. Apartment via Hotel.com gebucht, 3x nachgefragt, ob ich reinkomme nach dem Check in um 18.00, kein Problem. Dann stand ich frierend und einsam da und keine Hilfe von Hotel.com. Der Anruf dort dauerte 40!!! Minuten, dadurch hatte ich keine Daten mehr und konnte gar nichts mehr machen/telefonieren. Auf die Idee mich per Mail zu kontaktieren sind sie natürlich nicht gekommen. Dann selbst neues Hotel gesucht, das Geld für das andere war bereits eingezogen. Auch 3 Wochen später nur Vertröstungen - wir melden uns in 72 Stunden. NIE WIEDER, wie geht ihr mit euren Kunden um?? So etwas ist mir noch nie passiert und wird es hoffentlich auch nie wieder. Tschüss, Konto gelöscht. Vielleicht sollten die vielen 1* zu denken geben? Schade gibt es immer noch keine Minus Sterne.

If u looking for faulty towers, this is the place to use!! 👎🏿 booked a 2 week stay at a hotel, it turn out to be a holiday hostel!! 😭 , wait there is more to come!! Hot water 💦 lasted 5 mins , then it turned cold 🥶, the shower unit was leaking, panels was rotten and fallen away, electric plugs was not safe to use (had warning signs on it) air con was broken, strong musk smell in the room and windows was not sound proof, what I got out of this? Nothing after escalating with customer services, totally rubbish operator, would I use them again??? Yeah after I’ve done my homework on their properties listed on their site and base it on reviews from 3rd party companies (not on their site) I know u be asking why?? The simple answer there are not many other operators left to compete unfortunately 😭
