I can only give a 3 star review as I've only received 1 part of my order. I ordered full bedroom furniture but only received the bed in the timescales advertised. I have been waiting 6 months for the other part if my order to be delivered but this could possibly be pushed further away again which has happened 3 times already which is disappointing as the bed was amazing quality. They do keep you upto date but as products are coming from abroad I suppose a conversation with their supplier wouldn't hurt.

I bought the most fabulous bright orange gnome, in fact I bought 2, one for me and one for my sister .. we love them , fun , great quality and exactly what I was looking for .. his name is Jergnome and his brother is Geroninome ..

Product was a wooden phone box. Easy to assemble but the wood was dirty/mouldy as if it had been left in a damp environment for sometime. The door clasp was completely bent but luckily was still usable once twisted back to the correct position. Looks good once thoroughly cleaned and completed. The delivery was excellent, very efficient and on time.

It has been my wife's birthday present.
Has hung on the high wall.
Clock ok but real gift is the mechanical works rotating and it just allows you to dream. What and how was this achieved in the past.

We ordered a bar and knew we had to wait 3 months. They were very honest and told us when they had it in their warehouse and exactly when it would be delivered. We had to change our delivery address and they were very accommodating with our requests.
Very happy with the product and the delivery guy was very good too he called me the night before to tell me the delivery time.

the driver Nigel was respectful to property we have two dogs he ensured the gate and interior door was closed after he unloaded and delivered the steamer chestvdrinks cabinet.

Ordered on Saturday, arrived on Tuesday. Item exactly like photo and the perfect addition to our first home.

Absolutely dreadful! Ordered a chopping board in early November as a Christmas present. Item was listed as in stock and there was no indication at the time of placing the order that it wouldn't be dispatched immediately. It's finally been delivered today (4.5 months later) and its broken. Rather than being one large piece of wood, it's in fact 4 pieces attached together, one of which has completely come away, doesn't fit properly and overhangs the rest of the board at each edge. A completely unusable product. Currently awaiting a response from customer service but looking at the other reviews here I'm not holding my breath. Complete scam.

I’m so annoyed by the whole journey! This business has no understanding of customer experience. I am in the same predicament as the reviews below. I have been given a new date of 19th May (although no guarantee!) shocking, I have had half a delivery!

Same as person below, waiting 4 months and finally got a delivery date, in 17 days, 17 days after they said it arrived in their warehouse.you think of they were really sorry they might have attempted to get it to me once it arrived. Mrs said was told we would get 3 days after arriving in warehouse, not holding up much hope on that either!

I suggest everyone reads the 1 star reviews if considering buying anything from this company and note that 1 in 5 people did not have a good experience. I wish I had read the reviews prior.

Do not order from this company!! I ordered a dressing table from them on the 8th December and have just received another delay email from them, informing me that it will be delivered on the 19th May!! This is the 6th delivery date I have received and I will have been waiting over 6 months!
Their customer service is terrible, with no real information given and no care. The people there don’t know what is happening with the things you ordered or when they will actually deliver them.

Excellent service form beginning to end . The delivery man was very helpful and kept us informed at all times . Would highly recommend .

We ordered a super king bed, it arrived when expected. The delivery driver Karl was polite and helpful, taking time to explain how to put the bed together. We were kept updated throughout. I would recommend to anyone.

Giant pink bunny is just wonderful.
Service and information on delivery was great. The delivery guy Karl was so lovely and friendly!
Will definitely be using again..... potentially the giant blue bunny on wishlist.
