Extremely Disappointed – Avoid!

I ordered a vanity from HomesDirect365 at the beginning of November, and after four delays, I still haven’t received it. Every time I contact them, I get another excuse and a new delivery date that keeps getting pushed back. I bought this for my new home, and I’m incredibly frustrated that months later, I still don’t have what I paid for. Communication has been poor, and at this point, I regret ever ordering from them. If you need reliable service and timely delivery, I’d strongly recommend looking elsewhere!

The cupboard was as described perfect for my sewing room. It’s just like its picture. The deliver was a little later (a few days only) but they do keep you informed. They give you a date for delivery later with is an all day but you are able to change the date

The furniture was purchased November 2nd 2024 as a set of 5 peices - ie 2 x bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers & 2 wardrobes, the wardrobes came yesturday 19th March after waiting 4 months !!! They are of a different finish and colour to the other 3 peices that were delivered 2 months ago and therefore does not comply as a set.
The wardrobe doors are wrongly packed , I have 2 right hand doors and no left door on one wardrobe. The doors don’t close properly it’s so tight a fit you have to bang it shut, the drawers don’t close properly without a good push - totally disappointed at spending this amount of money for something that is not at all fit for purpose !!
I have been more than patient waiting for this order for 4 months this completion is hardly satisfactory or acceptable. The delivery guy called Nigel was great !

we ordered an expensive bed and the first time it arrived misaligned where my partner had to cut some of the wood himself for the pieces to fit. returned this and they sent another one which was worse than the first bed, scratches and marks on wood, misalignment again. they refunded 10% but the condition that it's in and bearing in mind how heavy this is to put together was not worth the 10%. i had to chase them 3x in order to receive the refund, funnily enough, after the 3rd chaser i received the refund immediately. rubbish company! not worth the stress ordering from here!

Excellent service throughout. Karl the driver phoned us to say he was on his way and gave us an approximate delivery time. We haven't assembled the dressing table yet, but it looks good quality.

I've been waiting 18 weeks for a wooden coat stand I'm aware it's a distance to travel but each time I enquire via email the dates pushed back,approximately 3 times since November.im desperate to finish off our new hall with this gorgeous piece but still waiting.im sure it will be worth the wait,would just like a date to be confirmed and not keep changing 🤞🤞🤞

I absolutely adore my exquisitely carved, Rocco , antique white, french style headboard. My two young nieces think that I have a Disney princess bed. It is pure luxury with quality entwined. Karl who delivered my fabulous headboard was very personable and professional not forgetting the customer service team - Second to none. I can and I do highly recommend homesdirect365.co.uk. My headboard arrived really well packaged along with being well within the specified time frame (WEB371625) I have subsequently ordered the spherical bedside tables - just stunning, absolutely stunning.

My item took a long time to come and I was starting to get annoyed BUT its worth it! Beautifully built, customer service reply to emails to let me know of delays and all i had to do was put the doorknobs on.

Karl delivered my item today, he called to say he was 20 mins away, arrived within the timeframe and was so friendly and polite. He asked where I wanted the item and even my dog, who rarely bothers to get off his bed (will just bark from the bed to make it look like hes doing something) came to say hello and Karl was great with him.

Gorgeous chest of drawers! So so happy. Also on delivery Nigel was really helpful and kindly brought it up to our flat on the 2nd floor into the room needed as I’m pregnant. Thank you!

The ottoman I bought is really lovely but the legs are a terrible quality. Marked like scratches and I was told this is because wood is natural. Really??!! They need to get a new supplier, They were replaced once but the 2nd set were worse than the 1st. I asked for a £10 refund to buy polish to restore them, they refused. I would not buy from this company again. The product was not as described. When I first raised the complaint I had no reply. Only when I phoned after a lack of response I was told it was because the email address on the invoice was not monitored which was really frustrating. I may forward the issue to trading standards. I would post the photos if a link was attached.
