Not good
After a lot of delays to order i cancelled it. They advised refund back to card within 10 days. Still no refund almost 2 weeks later so got my credit card company to refund me instead.

Absolutely shocking service.
Waited for 6 months for my items to arrive and when arrived they gave me another 30 days for delivery.
A lot of faulty items, wardrobe key does not work. Bed slats are rotten and covered with rust, asked for replacement with no response.
If you use it, only blame yourself.

Worst customer service
Worst customer service. They have no idea how to handle customers. Our order arrived in several deliveries and still awaiting for the final delivery. Although order has arrived at their depot on 1st of April but they have a delivery date on the 30th of April. On trying to ask for a faster delivery date they refused saying that this is the slot for your area. Their attitude is appalling. They got the money and you can hit your head into a brick wall!!! By the way we ordered back in November 2024! But reading the reviews I’m not surprised, seems that’s the norm with this company!

The mirror I purchased was lovely, a couple of loose pieces which can be glued, but still worked out cheaper for the item than anywhere else on Google

Excellent service from Karl
Excellent service from Karl. He messaged me the night before to say that he’d arrive between 7am and 7.15am. True to his word, he was spot on 7am arrival.
He took my bookcase upstairs to the intended room, no hesitation.
Very nice chap and we had a cheery conversation.
I’d highly recommend Karl again

This maharaja parasol is absolutely beautiful. The detail is exceptional with a bamboo frame replacing typical metal wire. Very authentic and superb quality. Delivery was also excellent. Fully recommend. All our friend and family have asked where I got it from
