Great mirror at a good price. Only negative was time to delivery for what was an ‘in stock’ item.
Delivery service also needs sharpening up as these days being given a 12hour (7-7) window until phoned by driver 1hour before delivery is out of touch with modern customer expectations.

The delivery was smooth sailing. Karl, the delivery man was super kind and provided a helpful service.

Mirror plinth is lovely and Karl who delivered it, did a great job.

The Boxer lamp was very unusual and we hadn’t seen anything like it before. It’s good quality and we’re really pleased with it. Service was great! So I would definitely recommend to anyone to take a look

I placed my order for a furniture item in January and was given a 31 days delivery timescale. After constant chasing up until the end of March, and various excuses as to the cause of the delays, my deliver was extended to the end of May. Over 4 months to deliver a furniture item, crazy. I can even get a hand made sofa made in that time, and this was just a cabinet!!

Requested a refund, which was none existent, until I threatened to raise a county court claim, and then it was miraculously paid in minutes!!

Avoid this company, they take your money and falsely sell lead in times for delivery.

Item took a very long time to be delivered - updates from the company rather than me chasing would have been better. However the delivery was great - Karl called 30 mins before arriving and was lovely!!! Very happy with the product now it’s here.

Great product for the price. Could have been quicker however the item was not in country at the time of purchase. Phone call was polite and informative.

Cancelled my order 2 and a half weeks ago (after having to email and call x4). Still no refund.
Do not order from this company.

Very good service

Great product (15 bottle drinks cabinet), well made and arrived assembled (just excluding legs). Good amount of notice of delivery date via email and driver called when nearby to ensure drop-off could go ahead. Many thanks.

Very good service. Driver called ahead of the delivery he then unloaded and placed my delivery in the correct room he helped with unpacking with no problem at all we checked over my purchase which was in good condition. Karl even took away the packaging which is unheard of these days!

Definitely recommend this company as they had an excellent selection of mirrors in all sizes, finishes and designs.

Very polite and helpful

Delivery driver Karl was very helpful He took my mirror off the wall just so we could get the telephone box inside without any issue.

Our drinks cabinet is exactly what we wanted. Fits just lovely in the space.
Homes Direct 365 kept us informed of when and how long it will take to be delivered. We waited 10 weeks but we were absolutely fine with that.
The driver was brilliant very clean tidy efficient and polite. He brought the item in to the house. No problems. We are more than happy. We would use again!

As it won’t let me reply to your response on the reply I’ll let you know on another review . The storage chair is just over 6 months old as it was purchased at the end of September and I wrote to you at the beginning of April with the complaint so not only are your products terrible but you also tell lies and give bad service . Wear and tear after 6 months for a chair to split in half . Is it just to look at ? Or sit on ? Just hope your treat furthers customers with better service
