A Christmas present was ordered on 7th October 2024 with an estimated delivery of early December. The item finally arrived on 24th April 2025. At no point was any compensation or alternative offered. The item is lovely however I would be wary of ordering from this company if you are ordering for a specific purpose or gift within reasonable timeframes

Very disappointed, the item was beautiful but came dirty, customer service offered 25% off and to keep the item, but still have not seen the 25% refund.

5 full months since purchase and no product received. Company provided excuse after excuse. Offered a £15 discount which was accepted on the terms and condition the item would by received within a few days. Weeks passed again. I had to chase a refund 3 times. So there it is: 5 months, no product, and I had to assertively chase a refund. Just avoid them. The experience felt uncomfortable and dodgy. The only positive was that the customer service assistant was polite.

Extremely slow delivery, had to email to chase as communication was poor. When you place an order you aren't aware if it is in stock or not. Had we known initially we would not have waited 4 months!

I ordered a small table that arrived damages however 365 were quick to exchange this for a replacement with no issues.

Karl was very polite and helpful, bringing the delivery all the way into the house for us. Delivery was packaged well

I am so disappointed in this company - first placed an order for a console table on 22nd February. The table arrived damaged 3 weeks later. I contacted them and they apologised and sent a replacement a week later. The replacement arrived more damaged than the previous one.

At this point after waiting almost 2 months for the consoles I finally gave up and asked for a full refund. I was promised this and informed the refund would take 10 working days. Three weeks later and still NO refund! Apparently they are “checking” with the accounts department.

We have filed a dispute through PayPal tonight as I don’t believe we will receive a refund otherwise. I have lost confidence in them.

Please avoid at all cost or use PayPal so you are protected if anything goes wrong.

I would not use this company , in February I ordered a mirror which I was not told there was a delivery time , Then when after a few weeks asked about delivery was told end of March , so I waited to end of March they emailed me and said 23 March no mirror , so I called them and they said it’s now end of April , so I asked for a refund , It’s now End of April still no refund every time I email they say it takes 14 days ???? I asked for refund 31 March , terrible company and customer service would never use again being to think company is some kind of scam beware

Great piece of furniture. I was particularly looking for a stack of books side table and this fits the bill perfectly. Lovely piece, real wood and well made and sturdy. Just what I wanted. Also a good price.

Paid £950 for a bed in early January… date of delivery got delayed 4 times until we finally received delivery April.
Bed itself is of good quality and strong but it turned up with a god awful smell!!! It stinks of stale cigarette smoke and the smell is still lingering now despite being washed and sprayed with fabreze … really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend..

I’ve always been someone who naturally looks for the best in everything — that’s just my nature. And especially when it comes to writing a review, I believe it should be done thoughtfully and with care, as it concerns people and their businesses, which provide their livelihood.

I placed my order for several pieces of furniture on December 11th, 2024. I understand that HomesDirect365 advises customers that the order can take up to 16 weeks, but here I am — it’s now April 17th, 2025 — and I’m still waiting and struggling to receive my furniture.

Just today, I received yet another email from their sales team with an update, informing me that my order is now expected to arrive on May 14th, 2025 — meaning yet another delay.
Similar to many previous times calls to HomesDirect365, I asked why the date had changed again, especially since I was emailed only last week that delivery was scheduled for May 6th, 2025. Given the already significant delays, it was incredibly frustrating to hear the same repeated apology: “I’m so, so sorry” — a line I’ve heard countless times from them every time I’ve called.

To make matters worse, back in March 2025, one of the wardrobes was delivered — but it couldn’t even be assembled properly due to poor quality and serious alignment issues, many calls had to be made, back n forth, then I was told I had to dismantle and boxed it up again before it can be collected, which caused more disruption and inconvenience, and the difficulty in boxing heavy item as well make availability, wait around for the delivery men to collect it.

I am living off box and bags without having the furniture in my room, and I didn’t have the financial means to buy alternative furniture, seeing the state of my bedroom, it’s mentally depressing!

What shocked me even more was seeing the heavy wardrobe boxes being carried by just one man. He was clearly a very hardworking individual, but it saddened me to witness him lifting such a dangerous load without any assistance which can cause life long injuries — a clear health and safety concern. I suffer from lifelong injuries to my hand, and even I struggled to help him as I couldn’t watch him doing it alone.

In my honest and sincere opinion: if you are considering ordering furniture from this company, please think twice. Based on my experience, it’s simply not worth the money. The company is unreliable, and unfortunately, the quality of the furniture does not meet expectations.

I am at risk of many thousands of pound I spent on my furniture with Homesdirect365.
