Really pleased with chair. Had questions before purchase which were quickly and efficiently answered by email.
Spoke to customer service to get and idea of where I was in schedule. The lady was really helpful. The delivery driver, Karl, called ahead and could not have been nicer or more helpful when he delivered the chair. Great service all round.

Lovely piece of furniture. Did think the 2 week delivery slot was a bit slow but I can't fault the service or Karl the lovely delivery driver. First time buying from Homes direct.365 but I will definitely keep them in mind for future purchases

We ordered a display cabinet on 7th February 2025 and were promised delivery on 28/03/25, later we got an email changing delivery to14/04/25 - we were disappointed !
Then just recently we got yet another advice for delivery, now it will be 05/06/25, four months from the iinitial order.
Lets hope it arrives this time !!

So far we have no tables and no notification of a new date. Bed is due 09/05/25

I placed an order with HomeDirect 365 on 11/01/2025, and nearly four months later, I still haven’t received any of the items or a refund for a product I returned.

I did receive one item in March, but unfortunately, the quality was poor, so I returned it on 01/04/2025. They confirmed receiving the return on 09/04/2025, yet over 15 working days later, I’m still waiting for my refund.

Because of these ongoing delays and lack of communication, I’ve had to cancel all remaining items in my order. Despite multiple follow-up calls, I keep being told to wait “2–3 more days,” which has become incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

As someone who recently moved and was relying on this furniture, the delays have caused unnecessary stress. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to your service and communication going forward.

I have been really disappointed with the customer service . I bought a telephone box drink cabinet costing over £500. Within 1 year the wood on one side split I am sure due to the drying out of the poor quality wood and when I told the company I was told it was external damage. The company left it as that and offered no alternative support. Very poor customer service

I rang the company to check stock levels and estimated delivery time. They were very helpful and polite and I ordered the rocco headboard. I was contacted on the day of delivery with a time and Karl the delivery guy, was very friendly, polite and helpful. The headboard is beautiful and I couldn't be happier with using homes direct. I would highly recommend and will be ordering again. Thanks guys

The delivery was superb, the driver was very helpful and communicated his ETA beforehand. I couldn’t put the bed up straight away as I had suffered a few issues whilst decorating which had set me back (needed re-plastering of all walls!) So I didn’t put bed together until over a month after delivery. There were no screws for the frame nor were there any instructions! I had to pay a joiner to come and put it together and he provided the screws for the slats. I would have complained about it but I was due to have a major operation the next day so I didn’t have time to go through the rigmarole. I’m really disappointed that I had to pay over the odds for someone to put it together. This is something that should have been provided, hence the lower score.

I’m extremely pleased with both the product and the delivery service. The delivery driver was outstanding punctual, professional, and very polite. What impressed me most is that my home is a new build, and 9 out of 10 people usually struggle to find it. But this driver had no issues locating it and arrived without needing to call for directions. That alone deserves a big thumbs up!

The product itself is excellent quality well-made, exactly as described, and clearly built to last. The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I highly recommend both the product and the service. Five stars all around!

Although the items I ordered were delayed I was kept informed every step of the way and they were definitely worth waiting for! My expectations of the quality weren’t high as the price was incredibly reasonable but I was sooo thrilled when they arrived! They were well packaged and are of a high quality and look amazing! So not only did I get the clock ive pined after for so long at a steal, I got a fantastic delivery and customer service correspondence. Ordered a dining table. Waited a couple of months for delivery which was fine as I was told this would be the case. However when it arrived it looked nothing like the item I ordered.
Was offered a free collection and refund which I agreed to. Waited a couple of weeks for collection date and on day of collection called just before and told van had broken down. It took numerous emails and phone calls to arrange another collection.
Eventually collection happened and when chasing refund was told it had to go through their refund process where said item needed to be checked. I had never even opened the item so why it needed to be checked??
Constant chasing and chasing for refund and was told it can take 4/6 weeks. All this whilst dealing with a bereavement. I was then told it would be with me within 10 working days. It wasn’t had to chase again!!
All in all from initial confirmation of collection to refund over 2 months with constant phone calls from me. Never again

Of the three chests of drawers I ordered TWO are not fit for purpose as the drawers do not shut properly. They are simply too big. Even though I sent a email message to customer services with a video of the problem a week ago, I have received no communication back beyond an automated email acknowledgement. I am extremely disappointed and at this point would never recommend the company or its products.

This letter is in reference to my previous review concerning a refund which was owed. Following that review, I contacted the company by phone and spoke with Louise. She informed me that there was an issue with processing the refund through PayPal,which the accounts department had informed her.
After providing my bank details via email, the refund was successfully deposited into my account. I am very happy with Louise's prompt and helpful response. She was proactive in contacting the accounts department to resolve the issue.

However, I must express my dissatisfaction with the overall experience. As customers, we should not be forced to chase after our own money. The fact that the company was contacted multiple times via emails and phone calls and then ultimately provide alternative payment details, suggests a significant problem within the accounts department.
They appear to be complacent when it comes to processing customer refunds efficiently.
While I appreciate Louise's intervention and the eventual resolution, the initial delay and need for persistent follow-up were unacceptable. It can be very stressful chasing things up.

As a result of Louise's assistance, I have cancelled the complaint I had filed with the Ombudsman.
However, I would strongly advise fellow customers who are experiencing similar refund delays to be persistent and contact the company daily until the matter is resolved. If you are still unable to get a satisfactory outcome, the Ombudsman is the appropriate next step to ensure a resolution.

I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that improvements are made to your refund processing procedures to prevent similar issues from affecting other customers in the future.

Awful experience
Money deducted immediately but waited nearly 4 weeks for it to be in stock and delivered. When it did arrive the two pieces of furniture were not the same colour. After Homes365 agreeing to refund and collect furniture … I am still waiting after a further 4 weeks. In total they have had my money for 2 months and I’m stuck with two enormous boxes in my sitting room so I can hardly move !!

I placed an order in December 2024 and had to wait five months for it to be delivered. Throughout that time, it was delay after delay.
When it finally arrived, the quality was abysmal. Initially, the after sales team were cooperating and offered me a 25% refund but this would absolutely not cover purchase of paint or a joiner to fix the cabinet.
I have since requested a full refund but now the after sales team have gone cold on me and have been ignoring my requests.
I do wish I looked on trustpilot prior to ordering as this would’ve influenced my decision not to purchase.
As a last resort I am publically posting this review in the hope for someone to respond to arrange an uplift or the item and issue a refund. My next step will be more formal action.

UPDATE- HD365 have since been in touch and offered to collect the item on Friday, giving me 3 days notice to take a day off work. When I declined the short notice request, I was advised they would have to call me back but didn’t know when.
This really isn’t good enough. Customers are expected to drop everything at their day so. They forget that I have been the one who has been inconvenienced having to wait months for an item to arrive, which was then substandard.
Surely it’s more viable to use couriers to give clients options, and try and salvage relationships?

Delivered today on time ,beautiful bed ,well made ,excellent service

Ordered a wardrobe at the beginning of January and was advised it would be up to 12 weeks for my order. Have received several emails advising it will now be mid June at the earliest, but not guaranteed, requested a refund was asked to consider changing my order to something that was in stock and they wanted to charge me £100 for this, albeit the difference was only £65 on their website. Having to now wait a further 14 working days to get my money back that they have had since January. I would avoid at all costs as the contact and service is terrible for any items that are not in their warehouse (this was not advised to me until I have paid for my order)!

It was the delivery man Nigel that I give 5 🌟 on time and very polite. As for homesdirect having to wait 3 weeks not good. Cabinet did arrive fully assembled and does look very good.
