Excellent delivery by Karl of our wardrobe, as he kept us up to date with when he’d arrive, was a polite cheerful man and placed the packages in the house for me out of my way.

Homesdirect365 have an amazing range of mirrors and I've ordered more than one. I do have a concern over the free standing ful length 'Red Telephone Box' multi panel mirror. The currant red paint comes off onto the wall and our oak flooring. We had to get the wall repainted where the top of the box touched the wall. It took some time to remove the red paint off off our oak floor too. I also had to but sticky rubbers to prevent this happening again. Such a beautiful looking mirror then paint that let's it down alot. Costly to me.

Don’t buy from this company is been six month and I still have pending a items in my order ,every single month they sent me an email to let me know the pieces are not ready , the manager is a abusive lady , that treats the clients with no respect at all, they lie in the time frames so don’t waste your time or money !

Purchased the 15 bottle drinks cabinet and was disappointed at how it was built. Feels like it was very hurriedly put together. Delivery driver was great however

If I could put no stars I would. Ordered a TV unit which I was told would take 2 months to come after ordering. Was given a £30 refund for this. Rang up after 2 months and it was delayed another 6 weeks minimum so cancelled. Was then told the refund would take 14 working days. It is now the 15th working day and no refund. Do not buy from here.

I have had my eye on this bed for 3 years, finally purchased when I had the room for it. It lives upto every expectation that I hoped for. It looks amazing in my room is very well built and solid and I've had lots of positive comments from friends and family, thank you soo much, it was delivered on time and the delivery men were so helpful and carried up to our bedroom for us, I could not be happier with this purchase and the first class service from Homesdirect365.

I am extremely pleased with my delivery, my order came a lot quicker than I was expecting and it was very simple and easy to build the bed.
My delivery driver Kari was brilliant, he was very professional and helpful!!! He managed to carry all my heavy items to my front door without so much as a scratch, while it was about 30 degrees outside!!!
