They knew that they were going into administration and they still lied to me about offering refunds and replacements via email just to stall the process. Then disappeared. How can you do this to customers?

Waiting all day for my table to be delivered to find out they are in administration. The lady who i phoned before I paid for my order assured me my order would be here today don't no how she can sleep at nights actually stealing peoples money disgusting

Good quality products and good customer service

I encountered a problem completing payment online so I rang the store. I was supported by a lovely member of the team to complete the payment.

Looks lovely. The ottoman matches the colour I ordered, is well made and great for storage. The legs were very easy to put on. Very sturdy, I’m sure it will stand the test of time.

Really bad experience unfortunately. Ordered a product back at the end of December 2024 - took 6 weeks to be delivered. (Which we knew so it was fine) We received the wrong colour so the item needed to be sent back. Twice I rang and they said they would collect it but nothing was arranged and then I got a text to say the collection date was in a months time. They collected the item and said it would take 14 days for a refund - waited 3 weeks and still no refund. When I rang up it hadn't even be scanned to process the refund so now got to wait another 3 weeks for it to come through. The people I spoke to were lovely but unfortunately the company just doesn't seem to run properly... We are now in May 2025 and I am still waiting for the refund - lets hope it does actually come through!

Ordered two items in March for expected delivery end of April. By the end of April, they said this had been changed to the end of May due to supply issues. I chased up again yesterday to ask what was going on, and they responded saying it was now end of June…communication is poor and I have to keep chasing for a response. Other companies don’t seem to have the same supply issues through the Red Sea at the moment so I’m not sure what’s going on?

AVOID - they sell shock they don't have and when you finally get it out of them they don't know when they will get it just give you a random date. Three times date had changed now belong delivered in 3 weeks so they tell me when I asked fro tracking etc they would not give me it then they admitted it had not left the port yet and it would take 4 to 8 weeks at sea. When I asked for a refund they told me it had been done and it had not then they told me it takes 14 working days for a refund when a bacs is up to 5 working day . Now having to process a claim through my bank and am reporting them to trading standards

Delivery was due end April. Still hadn't arrived in warehouse 2 weeks later and I had to chase them repeatedly to tell me what was happening. Then they gave me a delivery date which i accepted then they then moved to a date I couldn't do. Was basically told I would have to wait until they could be bothered to deliver it.

Placed an order on 28th February and no sign of the furniture. Have emailed multiple times and they move the delivery date each time. I requested a refund on 6th May and still NO MONEY! Have been badgering them regularly, was told I would receive my money within 10 working days and nothing so then told it would take 14 working days - still nothing so far! Wish I had read all the other terrible reviews before ordering - avoid!! Will be pursuing legal action

Over £2000 payed for bedroom furniture. Waited 6 months for dressing table and bedside tables to arrive. Was strung along with numerous excuses, till I requested a refund. Finally arrived. Totally regret paying them a penny. Paint was chipped on arrival, now has continued to chip. Looks a mess. Incompetent. Minus stars

Waited months and months for a sideboard which kept getting put back, nothing mentiond aboht this when i orderd it.. now i’ve been wiring for a refund for a month went from 10 working days to 14 working days i was then promised i’d have the refund by last friday and then told i’d have it on the monday and i am still waiting. Avoid this company at all costs i wish i had seen the reviews before i orderd absolutely disgusting the way this company works. Doesn’t look like i’ll be getting a refund of nearly £500 pound so i will be contacting the ombudsmen after being advised by citizens advice absolute joke.

Item arrived within given time scale, very well packaged and exactly as described. Great price for item too. Love it.
