I placed a large order in January and my order was due last week to now receive an email stating that the company has gone into administration

Please do not order from this company. They have gone into liquidation as of 30th May. None of the goods I ordered have been delivered and the link to make a claim on the email I received does not work.

A disgrace of a company, bought 2 bedside cabinets from themselves, which my husband and I had to save up for. We were told they only had the 1 bedside cabinet in, and we would have to wait for the 20th June, for them both to be delivered to us. Now we find out the company has went into administration from the 30/5/25, which they knew from the beginning before we bought the cabinets that they would more likely could not fulfill the order or anyone's for that matter. We have lost that money we had saved hard for, money we did not have laying around and cannot afford to lose or cannot easily save up again, such a disingenuous company.

Would give them zero stars if I could.I was told last week the item I ordered the end of Feb was now due to be delivered end of June instead of end of May.Have never received any emails from them with any updates on my order which I thought was rather strange. Finally today I receive an email telling me the company has gone bust. How convenient.

Been waiting since last December for console table, what a disgraceful bunch of liars. Asked for money back said it would take two weeks, went in liquidation next day. Utter trash people

Wow what an absolute disgrace paid £4k for my furniture and had a text saying would be delivered yesterday no answer on the phone website down just been on to the website now and as of today they are in administration which they clearly knew when taking my order they can’t offer refunds but you can contact advisory team by kbl advisory looks like most of us have lost our money

Everyone please listen do not buy from these thief’s they are taking money and not posting the good having to get a refund from my back

Awful. Ordered a week ago. No correspondence. No answer on phones. Blatant robbery. Now waiting 15 days to start a dispute with my bank.

I bought some furniture for my new shop, waited 3 months and the lady said it was going to take another 3 months as my furniture was stuck on a ship near the Middle East. I was nice and said ok I will wait another 3 months. What did they do nothing as another 3 months come by and the website down and I am seeing tons of bad reviews. Going back to bank and see if they can do something. Feel like I have been scammed by them.

Been waiting 6 months for furniture to be delivered, kept being delayed due to stock issues. We had a good experience previously so stuck with them but now they appear to have gone bust. Not appearing as insolvent or in administration on companies house, if someone knows who the administrator for claiming money back could they please post it here…

Found out the company is close and we're awaiting a delivery that was stuck in customs. has anyone heard from the company next steps etc?

6 months waiting for furniture, a story about a van breaking down, a story about a bed being not in stock, and offering an upgrade... all to nowt. Site down, phones not being answered. £2.5k - fingers crossed my credit card sorts this out.

Placed an order 3rd April, was told stock would be available from late may and will be shipped.

I understand stock does come from different countries, so i accepted this.

Its now late May with no communication on delivery date, emails being ignored, phone calls not answered, Instagram account closed and website down.

I read the reviews prior to purchase and check legitmacy of company. Latest reviews report company is in administration.

Will now be spending the afternoon trying to get my money back from my credit card provider.

Absolutely disgusting company!!!!! Been waiting a very very long time for my order. After supposedly the van "braking down TWICE" I cancelled the order and asked for my money back and here we are another month later and STILL NO REFUND. Over £500 gone like that. PLEASE DONT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS SCAMMING COMPANY.

Purchased furniture from Homesdirect and was told it would be several weeks before they would have a delivery date (Fair enough) anyway after the date was given item still didnt arrive, website is down and no-one is answering the phones so i asked Paypal for a refund and to my surprise it was instant without having to go through the usual rigmarole when waiting for PP to contact the business, so im guessing the have gone out of business and PP now about it

I can see the company has gone into administration. Funnily enough, they arranged delivery for today of the last item I ordered, which I’d been waiting on since January. I only found out they’d gone under when I tried to get in touch to check on the delivery—clearly, they’d finally gotten me off their backs by assuring me it would arrive today, knowing full well they were about to close their phone lines and website. It’s disgusting to do this to people and have them find out this way. That said, I should’ve realised from speaking to their unsympathetic customer service team that they were a bunch of scam artists.

Avoid like the plague. They are in administration. Ive been waiting since January. The furniture was due to be delivered yesterday and after trying to call and email with no answer I discovered the company is no longer operating and having to contact the ombudsman to resolve this.

this company was still taking orders on 25.5.2025. we ordered a clock on this date for 169.99, decided to cancel the order on 27.5.2025, website down for maintenance, not answering phones or emails, apparently this company is in administration, so they have let orders go through knowing they will not fulfil them, have now got the card company involved with these thieves.
