I ordered over £100 of product in March. I’m still waiting for it to be delivered or refunded . The company doesn’t even respond to my emails . Not recommended !!!

Good experience
The ceramic tiles are great and are accurately described on the website. Have used this company many times and always satisfied with the products. The only negative is that a few products are often out of stock and seem to take a long time to come back in stock. This can be frustrating as there is no way of knowing how long the wait will be.

Ordered some mother of Pearl discs
Ordered some mother of Pearl discs. They arrived quickly and well packaged But were unfortunately not as described. They were however most helpful and accommodating and quickly resolved the matter to my full satisfaction. Would try and use them again.
