Just received bag number 7. I am totally delighted with all my purchases and the help from the support team when I have had to make contact. I’m very happy I have found Sofia and Spritz - their products now suit my life style and I have found wardrobe space as the 31!!! - bags I had - have now been despatched elsewhere!!

I receivedmy order today on 17th April and I can only say wow, wow, wow.
I usualy buy Radley bags but not any more.
The smell of leather when I opened my parcel and the quality of the leather is fabulous.

The top section of the bag the leather is lifting. Ive sent pictures but Kath isnt accepting that the bag is faulty & the 365 day Warranty isnt worth the paper its written on
PLEASE BECAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY THEY DONT WANT TO ACCEPT THAT THE BAG IS FAULTY

I kinda like the bag. I bought a gold cross body but the gold is more glaring than I expected. I thought it was a more muted colour but the tog and zips are very bright and the leather is brighter than I really like so this won’t be an everyday bag for me as I wanted. Tbh the colour makes the bag look cheap, which is a shame. One of the straps was described as gold and black but is in fact copper and black, the other one is nice. I wont be buying from this company again now I know the colour/look is not accurate. It really matters now the pics on internet have to be totally accurate. You learn from experience. But if you want a colour that is not variable then this bag is nice, fair quality and decent price.

I was so pleased with my stylish black bag and orange card wallet so I ordered a gold bag and wallet to give away to a friend for her 50th birthday. She chose her two straps and was elated when she received her gift. The quality of the leather is of good quality and the dust bag gives it that extra special touch. It has ample space to hold all your essentials including zip compartments.

This company advertises heavily as a British company with British craftsmanship and high quality leather. It’s all a con. The bags are not real leather, and they are made in China. No craftsmanship is involved and the bags are no better made than a market bag that you could buy for a few pounds. I very much doubt there’s an actual ‘Charlotte’ or any British person involved in this company. When challenged, they admit that the bags are made in China.

When you return the bag, you will not get a full refund, despite what their adverts say. They use a return service that costs them money, and they pass that cost on to the customer, regardless of reason for return. Customer service just keep repeating the same spiel. They will not help you. Give this company a wide berth. You can buy the same bags on Temu for a fiver, if you want a cheap bag. If you want a British made leather bag, this isn’t it.

I am beyond delighted with my purchase. Delivery was very quick. The handbag was superb quality for the price, and the fittings on the handbag are exceptional quality, heavy and luxurious. The same quality fitting are on the extra body straps that I purchased. It is rare to have your expectations exceeded, thank you.

This is my second order as I’ve purchased one for my mum for her birthday. I was so impressed by the quality of the bag I showed it to her and she immediately loved it so I bought one for her !
