Scam company, never sent the bulbs. Tried to call and it’s just an answering a machine. Emailed multiple times with no response. Raising a dispute to get my money back.

I have purchased bulbs from this company in the past with no issues however this time the order never turned up. I was initially told they were out of stock and an equivalent replacement would be sent. I have still not received the order and now my emails are either ignored or undeliverable. There is no answer on the phone line either. Disgusting company.

I carelessly placed an order with this company without checking Trustpilot. Ordered, paid. No response to e-mail or phone calls. No delivery, nothing. Seemingly, quite simply a scam.

However, the parent company seems now to have got its house in order. Out of the blue, sixteen months later on 12/08/2026 I got a response from the new manager, one Paul Martin, apologising and offering to fulfill the order or issue a refund. By then, of course, I'd got the LED bulbs elsewhere so opted for the refund. It was there in a couple of days. So it looks like it's safe to do business with this firm after all.

Placed order, nothing received. Wrote email, no reply. Tried calling, just get a voice message saying to email, so stuck in a loop.

Money down the drain. Scammed.

I placed an order then a few days later it shows up on my account.
There is no confirmation email with an order number, nothing.
Try calling the number, sounds like a foreign dial tone.
Call after 5pm you can leave a voicemail.
Same with the other business they “run” from this address.
I have a feeling this company is fraudulent. They have at least one other business run from the same address, a residential property run by one man & his wife.
The other business (computers) is turning over hundreds of thousands of pounds while the LED one only a few thousand.
There is something very dodgy going on here and need investigating by HMRC.
Prove me wrong by delivering my stuff!!

Have ordered before without problems but I placed an order at the end of December, it hasn't arrived. I waited a week or so and then tried calling with no answer and then emailed, was told it would arrive by the end of the week. Unfortunately I'm still waiting four weeks later.

Ordered 5 x LED battens a week ago.

No replies to emails and phone number has a message “this persons number is not available”.

Avoid at all costs. Entirely unresponsive. Have requested a refund….

There is nothing good to say about this company.
They don't answer your phone calls (25 times I called them), They don't answer emails (sent to two different email addresses), Their online contact form doesn't work (Java script error). They send out a different product to what you've ordered & claim 'its their right' - although that is not on their website nor terms & conditions on there. They have three different property address - one on an email they sent, another on their website & another on the order form. This company & the parent company are registered on Companies House - which is about the only correct thing I have found. My only way of contacting them was through PayPal & their response was very limited (ie once). When the incorrect product I received was returned to the address given, it was taken in by a neighbour at a different address as the office wasn't open. I did get my money back through PayPal.
I would advise not to use this company whatsoever.

Placed an order. Never received the goods. No communication. Did not answer emails. Thankfully paid with Paypal so got my money back through them eventually. Avoid avoid avoid!!

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered blubs and when they arrived, they were completely different to the ones advertised. You will NEVER get through by phone as he (yes, it’s a one-man business) only takes calls via an answer machine, and he will never respond to any messages left.
Managed to get an email reply to my request for a returns label and replacement blubs promising to replace them, of course that never materialised. Thankfully paid through PayPal so eventually got my money back.

Order placed on the 26th April, have still not received it . Nobody answers the telephone number . No support at all .
I would definitely not use again or recommend anyone to use this company.

Absolutely no support for order update and Very unreliable. Ordered LED bulkheads, phoneline not operational, emails to their support bounces back (inbox full). I cant order elsewhere as I have no idea whether they deliver or not. They are still hiding behind Covid. STAY AWAY.

I ordered some LED bulbs from this company. After 9 days I'm still waiting for them to arrive. My money was taken 4 days after placing my order. I've called the company 21 times to see what is going on without getting an answer and left many messages. My emails go unanswered too.

This firm deserves five stars for its service recently. I bought 12 bulbs two and a half years ago. One of them failed a few days ago. I checked on the manufacturer's website and it showed that the warranty is three years. So I sent an email to Everything-LED. I expected to get a reply with some sort of excuse why the bulbs weren't covered. Instead, I received a package almost the next day with a replacement.

I have to say, I am impressed.

Very happy with the items I ordered, delivered as ordered in a reasonable time frame. I would have given five stars if I had been able to log in to the account that I had to set up to order the the items in the first place, just to check the progress of my order. Or if the phone was answered or my voice message was responded to when I tried to check when the items may arrive.

Time waster. Ordered a pair of tube heaters (hardly specialist items) on 03.10.20. The website does not tell you the items are out of stock nor that the company has no idea when new stock is due. By 01.12.20 I had still not received anything. The outfit is only occasionally contactable by email, and will not answer the phone. The only saving grace is that they don't charge until the items are dispatched. Pay an extra couple of quid and go elsewhere.

I placed an order, money taken immediately but item not delivered. Impossible to contact them - No reply to emails and they never answer the phone.
Luckily I paid by credit card so have raised the issue there.

Absolutely shocking. I placed an order and paid for on credit card. The order never turned up. To be fair, when I contacted them, they sent out the order which arrived within a couple of days. I then decided to give them a second chance and placed another order with them and lo and behold, the same again. Cannon be and a coincidence. Steer well clear!!!!

Placed an order and apparently there was something wrong with my card, but after a week they didn't tell me. I think this business is operated out of his bedroom, so you may want to choose someone more professional.

I ordered 24 long GU10 bulbs on the 21st of December for next day delivery, its now 5th January and still no delivery.
