The house was a good size, clean and had a lovely garden. It was perfect for our needs.

I stayed in Veronica’s apartment in a family trip. The apartment is centrally located and good communicated, but at the same time very quiet. There was some small things that could be fixed, like some new pots or the faucet to the bathtub, but in general it was a very nice experience. The communication with Veronica was excellent, and she tried to be as flexible as possible with the check in and check out. The living room was a great space to share with all my family, and my little niece really enjoyed the toys in the apartment!

My stay at this amazing house went really well no issues at all, it was splendid, house sits in the middle of a quiet area, spacious, equipped with all the amenities and my experience was fantastic, would definitely visit again 🙌🏾🙌🏾

Easy check in and check out. Clean space. Beds and sofas comfortable. WiFi good. Full kitchen with microwave, oven and fridge freezer, also lots of eateries close by. Great price for a quiet weekend away. Host very responsive. Recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at rectory roost in gedney, the place was honestly beautiful! Everywhere was clean and decorated well. We had a complimentary bottle of prosecco when we arrived as well as tea, coffee, hot chocolate, milk, cereal and biscuits. Veronica has gone above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The place is very peaceful and a perfect romantic getaway. The hot tub was an amazing added extra to a beautiful place!

We had a fantastic stay in our accommodation. Everything we needed was catered for. Our host was efficient and professional with their communication, check in and check out was very well managed. I would definitely recommend and will be returning. Thank you for facilitating such nice accommodation for a great stay.

We really enjoyed staying in the flat. It was really clean and well laid out. Tobias had described his property well and he was very friendly and responsive. Shaldon is a delightful village with so many lovely things including a small zoo and a play park which was ideal for our children. There is also a little boat to take you across to Teignmouth. I would recommended this flat to anyone and our children are already planning a return visit.

Spotlessly clean and very spacious in a very quiet cul de sac. Easy reach of the places we wanted to go in and around Manchester so ticked all the boxes for us. Would certainly stay again!!

The flat was in the perfect location, exceptionally clean and comfortable with a lovely little balcony with a view of st Paul’s. Couldn’t have been better. The communication was excellent too and even though I arrived half an hour later than planned it wasn’t an issue and I heard back from them immediately taking away our stress in the London traffic.

The location, stylish decor and outdoor seating area are the highlights of the apartment at ground floor. You can get to the heart of London easily by overground or even buses. If you are staying over weekend, you can also visit the Broadway Market nearby. The host Veronica has been very helpful and responsive. A very good communicator. I would certainly recommend this place to those who are planning to explore London.
