Information about the stay received well in advance. Everything you needed to know about getting to the property, the address, exact instructions on finding efe door, locating the key safe and code etc. Much better than the normal details that are available on Airbnb. It was like a full home and surrounding area manual. Wish all hosts used this!! Thank you

The place is very peaceful, nearby to the city centre. Nearby Dart station makes the commute easy. I found the room was very clean with all the utilities. I will miss morning walk in Herbert park which was a KM away from the apartment.
The team was very responsive if you have any query. Overall I had a very nice stay.

Lovely place to stay with very clear instructions in all aspects, would highly recommend. Great location in relation to Dublin and easy check-in/out. House was as expected from the photos, clean and tidy and had lots of amenities - full sets of crockery etc. We came for a birthday trip and would visit again or look out for Houst in the future.

Great apartment, comfy beds!

We spent a week at Julie’s flat on Chevening Road. This is a case where the space surpasses the already impressive photos. You feel the volume and calm with its ten-foot ceilings and airy architecture that’s impossible to capture in a listing. It’s bright and clean without feeling sterile. We felt at home immediately.

The flat had everything we needed: plenty of towels, good lighting, and a kitchen stocked with the essentials for cooking simple meals. It was easy to pick up ingredients and snacks at nearby grocery stores. The whole space has that “lived-in London” ease that is comfortable, uncluttered, and stylish.

The neighborhood is exactly what we hoped for: pure London local. The street sits in the overlap of Queen’s Park and Brondesbury Park, with Paddington Old Cemetery one way and Queen’s Park the other. It’s a residential pocket full of families, joggers, and dog walkers.

The main high streets nearby, like Salusbury Road and Kilburn High Road, had more shops, cafés, bakeries, and restaurants than we could possibly get through in a week. A true highlight was Lonsdale Rd. behind the cemetery, a converted back alley that was always brimming with life.

This Airbnb is a dream if you love good coffee. We had three favorites within easy walking distance: Kayan Specialty Coffee, Dark & Light Coffee, and Don’t Tell Dad. Each had its own personality and was worth a visit. For meals, we loved Mr. Fish (classic, comforting, and generous portions) and Alice House, which has that neighborhood pub energy that makes you feel like a local.

Transit was effortless. We could walk to Queen’s Park Station or Brondesbury Park in ten minutes, and from there reach anywhere in the city. We happened to be in London during the April 2026 transport strike, and the location proved invaluable because Queen’s Park Station sits on the Elizabeth Line, which was not affected.

BONUS: For those going to The Making of Harry Potter Studio Tour, the Lioness Line goes straight to Watford, where you can pick up the Knight Bus shuttle to the studio. This was one of the primary reasons we chose the neighborhood, and it worked out perfectly.

Julie was communicative, kind, and made everything easy. Check in was smooth, instructions were clear, and the flat was spotless when we arrived. It’s the kind of place that makes you feel like you’ve borrowed a friend’s home rather than booked a rental.

We highly recommend this property. It was the perfect base for our London trip.

The Location, the size and convenience of use of the space. Very Homey. The TVs have a slight lag and LAN connection could resolve the problem i think

It was great. Love the space n the view.
I gave a 4 star becoz we had only 1 key so we had to go together all the time. It was hard for us to go out individually. N also the towels were very small. We had no spares. But other then that. It was lovely.

A beautiful and well-maintained flat that is superbly equipped. The flat was very clean and furnished with comfortable and tasteful furniture. Any queries were dealt with very quickly, in a friendly and helpful manner. Although the building is situated next to the railway tracks, the flat is on the opposite side, so there is hardly any noise. Wandsworth town centre is within easy walking distance, as is public transport in all directions. In my opinion, the flat comes highly recommended.

The host held what they promised in their ads. Great location, clean, beautiful and well equipped appartenent. The communication was also excellent. All in all in all a very nice stay.

Check in was made very clear to us ahead of arrival, which meant it was nice and easy to get in.

The house was nicely decorated with everything we needed, even including Shampoo and Conditioner.

The host was lovely throughout and very helpful. It was in a good location, close to bars and pubs so good for us as a group of 5.

It was also at a good price in comparison to other choices around the area. Would definitely recommend for anyone wishing to stay in Birmingham, in a nice area in walking distance to the centre.
