I was looking for DHEA supplement and i found Ovaflow DHEA 25 online on nutrazonehealthcare.com. i read the details on the packet in the ad and i ordered it. when i received the packet, i found a leaflet inside stating its benefits, usage and instructions for Women and not a word about men. So i sent them message on WhatsApp and straightaway asked if it is for both sexes and he said in his words "female only. we have no clinical studies or prove of any benefits for male"". then i asked him i am man, would you recommend me this product for hormonal balance (as said on their website for this product)? and his words "No".
I am not some sort of medical scientist on this matter. i took his words and decided to return the product. when i informed him about my intention and asked for return address, chat went silent. Next day i sent more messages asking about return address but no answer. so i called and ask for return address. the guy who received the call refused to comply his company’s return policy stated on their website and instead started making up his own return policy saying that “we only accept return if product is damaged otherwise no return”. I asked him to read his company’s return policy on the website and even sent him a picture of that page but he was persistent on not accepting return. So, I threatened him about reporting this situation to their manufacturer/supplier Healthaid which they represent in Spain and Pakistan, his tone changed. Now he asked me to return the product and We’ll check the product ourselves and your money will be reversed But how can I trust him after not complying his company’s return policy. Just like he made up his own return policy and he can make any excuse to deny me my money if I send him back the product. I decided I would rather bear the loss and state my case to the public on the social media and to their manufacturer so that people can avoid dealing with untrustworthy seller/distributor like Nutra Zone Health Care.

Incredible customer service
