But I was very disappointed to find that in future only orders over £100 will be accepted. Unfortunately, I shall have to find another supplier. Since I submitted this, Nature's Aid have told me this is only for trade customers, so I don't need to worry and I have now given 5*

Very poor customer service. I emailed them around two month ago regarding the availability of their Nature's Aid St John's Wort.
It's a product of theirs I have been purchasing for over 20 years now, but has suddenly disappeared off the shelves pretty much everywhere.
They didn't bother to reply, so now I've had to consider other replacement products.
Disappointing.
