Email confirmation that order had arrived but hadn't
The Order was for my Father who lives at different address to men and no has access to email, so get this email and the product had not arrived had to call Healthaid, the Product did come within the hour, but had to ring my Father to find out. Email responses are fine when nothing goes wrong it would have been nice for Healthaid to ring me back.

Order did not arrive
Order did not arrive, despite recieving emails that order was ready for shipment. No calls or emails recieved to inform regarding the whereabouts of the order.

We can confirm that your order was processed on November 4, 2024, and dispatched through Royal Mail, which typically takes 10-15 working days for international deliveries. According to Royal Mail's tracking, your package has left the UK and is currently on its way to one of their international delivery partners. Unfortunately, this sometimes means there is a period where tracking updates are unavailable until the package reaches the destination country.

Just what I was looking for as most places only sell B6 in high doses which I am not sure is so good for you but these are within the nhs guidelines of a safer dose to take.
