Flavour synthetic. Bottle leaked. Would not recommend. Have given away as can’t drink. Will stick with other brands.

Dreadful taste

The electrolytes have a genuinely dreadful taste. All of them. Too sweet and too chemical. I can't comment on the nutrient composition.

I am really pleased with my results…

I am really pleased with my results from using zooki. I have bad knees and feel an improvement in them . Also my skin has a lovely glow and wrinkles seem less pronounced. I have a healthier look about my face

Tastes disgusting

I ordered a starter box from Zooki, which arrived within the next couple of days as stated. The packaging is nice. It is early days to tell whether this works, however all of the flavours I have chosen are revolting, whether taken on their own or mixed with water and I gag every day to get them down. Once my box of collagen has been finished I will go to another brand with a nicer taste.

Flavour change

I really like zooki, I had been taking for a year now and can see the difference. Though the last subscription that arrived, the flavour and consistency of the collagen has changed which is really sad because it doesn’t feel like it’s making the same effect anymore

Don't waste your money

I began taking Zooki collagen in September following breast cancer treatment, hoping it would help improve my skin, hair, and nails, which had significantly deteriorated. I purchased a 90-serving subscription for £177, as the company advises taking the supplement for at least three months to see results.

After completing the initial three months and seeing absolutely no improvement, I contacted customer service to raise my concerns but received no response. I then visited a local Zooki concession for advice and was encouraged to continue for another three months, so I purchased an additional supply.

Having now taken this supplement consistently for six months, I can honestly say I have experienced no benefits whatsoever—no improvement in my skin, hair, or nails, despite the claims made.

I also contacted the company regarding their 30-day money-back guarantee, but again received no response. Customer service appears to be non-existent when it comes to honouring this policy.

Overall, I have spent over £350 on this product with nothing to show for it. Don't be fooled by the marketing and save your money.

Poor Service

Firstly I have to say Zooki products are excellent, however their despatch and maintaining subscriptions is diabolical.

I am currently subscribed to their super strength Collagen via QVC and once again the customer is charged for a drop through QVC but Zooki don't always send the item out. I am now one drop down with the following months due any day. They are not giving regular updates to QVC which is leaving customers in limbo and out of pocket.

Previously I was on their 5000mg ongoing arrangement and quite often the same thing happened there too.

There are possibly customers out there who don't realise drops have been missed but will have been charged.

Please note, whilst Zooki response is welcomed, it in no way helps me as a customer who has been charged and Zooki failed to despatch the item. We call that "unhelpful lipservice" As the customer I shall take on the the task of getting the item and doing Zooki's job for them.

One star at best not good at all

Ordered based on the information of the Facebook post
The package was a subscription which is t very clear at the time until placing the order which was surprising and a little naughty this was done
I didn’t get the starter pack due to delivery mistakes and reaching out was really upsetting and frustrating cannot do anything have to investigate after pushing the representative offered replacement with a 30% discount but no refund !? Think it’s a shame I’m left in this mess would have expected better cancelled the lot now feel scammed
