The subscription is easy to ammend when needed & the live customer txt chat is responsive & helpful.

I am loving Revive Collagen
I am loving Revive Collagen. I am using the Menopause Max and my hair is looking lush. My mood is enhanced and I wouldn't be with it now. Luuurrrvve it.

VILE tasting product. Asked to return unopened and sealed products and was refused. Asked to cancel subscription immediately. Then got charged for a second month. Cannot talk to a human being at all. It all HAS to be done online where I just got standard scripted and template responses and no human approach. I had tried this company as followed founder Sam Faiers for her whole career and felt i was in safe hands. How wrong I was :(

Awful customer Service, my first order never arrived and despite me telling them to cancel my subscription they had the cheek to ship a second order and charge me which has also not arrived. I have sent three emails in the last two weeks and they have all been ignored, absolutely shocking Customer Service.

The website is misleading...you purchase, and then it skips to another page which looks like the transaction has not gone through...so I've ended up with 2 subscriptions...the second being a higher price!
Customer service said no refund as the product can't be returned....it's hasn't been shipped yet and definitely I've not handled it....total crap...steer clear of this con job!
Great product, even for men
Maybe not the most obvious target demo as a 40 year old man, but have been using it for a number of months and feel great / believe its had an impact on a number of things.

BE AWARE OF CUSTOMER CHARGES IF YOU ORDER FROM EU. Although the price is displayed in euro and no mention of extra charges if outside of UK, I have received an email to pay customs of 70 euro. The package value also being exaggerated, it said 276 euro value when I only paid 119.
Emailed them , and I got a generic email probably using AI, which did not answered or addressed any of my issues.
Socking!
And the amount of emails received trying to get me to sign to monthly subscription, imagine if I did.
Customer services is unprofessional and have a hidden, sneaky charge of £1.50 for samples
They send out samples and can’t even pay the correct postage fee which costs recipients £1.50 . Then when you complain and ask for the charge to be refunded they eventually contact you and say “No” we’ll send you more samples you don’t want instead. They’re doing it again as I’ve just received another postage card wanting £1.50 after I told them I don’t want any samples and to get rid of my personal details. What They’re doing is a disgrace and their unprofessional behaviour makes me not even want to try their products.
Very poor customer service
The customer service is very bad. Extremely slow to respond (if at all!). I’ve been a loyal customer for two years and recently had two missing boxes and they have not refunded me. I have emailed to cancel my subscription and they have not even bothered to reply to me. Very disappointing.
The Worst Collagen I Have Ever Tried
I was honestly caught by the marketing and positive reviews — but they never show the bad ones. After just 3 days of taking it, I started having serious stomach issues. My stomach isn’t sensitive, and I’ve never had this problem with any other collagen.
After 3 weeks of taking it, I saw zero results. My skin actually got worse because of how badly it affected my stomach. I absolutely do not recommend this product and really hope my review saves someone else from wasting their money.
To make things worse, my delivery took 3 weeks, customer support never replied, and getting a refund isn’t even possible.

Been taking it for 2 months and its made no difference to skin or hair, taste isn’t bad and handy sachets, I will continue for another month to see if I get any results
Great customer service
I have subscribed for some time now - really reliable delivery and really good customer service. I had a bit of an issue with my loyalty points which was resolved by real people who handled the issue brilliantly.
All in all, superb!
Excellent product. Skin, hair and nails have improved massively. superb customer service too. Staff go above and beyond to help.
A bit disappointed
I have nearly finished 28 days worth of these sachets. I haven't noticed a difference yet and know I may need to give more time, but I do not get on with these sachets. I have to use scissors to open them or else they dont open properly & make a mess. Personally I really do not like the taste and dread taking it. I have found an alternative which is easier to open & tastes better.
Awful customer service
Awful customer service, incorrectly sent the wrong item. I received an apology on Instagram in June and promise of a refund. Several messages later, still no response. I have send emails/online forms. And just ignored. I’d stay clear u less you’re a fan of dissapointment.

I have put 5 stars for the product itself. I started using peri-menopause then menopause max. Unfortunately I'm not in work now which means I can't afford the ridiculous prices. I think Sam really need to take a look at herselve and remember where she came from!! It was hard enough when I was working but impossible now. The product really does work if it's continuous. It's such a shame Sam got gready considering how well it's doing you'd think she'd think about prices better. I used to like her and her sister they were all sweet ect but now I just see the gread in them.
The customer service is so poor, unprofessional and slow, I’m not even accepting the product package when it arrives.
Your customer service, frankly, sucks!
I emailed 2 weeks ago, no reply. So I had to write here for you to finally respond, which you did. Now again, this morning, I go to cancel an order this morning, 2 minutes after placing the order, as it was incorrect. You don’t email back. You don’t write back on instagram. 7 hours later, you ship the order.
When the incorrect order and the correct order arrive, we will return to sender both. I refuse to buy from a company with shitty customer service.
We planned to try you for 1 month, than ‘Rejuvenated’ for 1 month, before deciding which to buy long-term. We’ll be skipping you and going straight to Rejuvenated.
