As a first time tenant with Guinness Partnership I cant begin to say how terrible my experience has been. From the Lettings Officer (Ali) to my Housing Officer (Susan). How does one sign a tenancy with the understanding that the flat is ready and available to let only to find out that its not actually ready at all. The flat needs repairs. Some of these repairs were noted in my initial viewing. Questions from my initial viewing which happened weeks ago are still pending. My housing officer has only spoken with me once and she still didnt have any answers to my questions. Yo make matters worse she doesn't know how to returned my calls. At this point she is intentionally ignoring me. How can she say she will follow up with me next week and then not even bother to call? In this ongoing experience I have yet to have any manager or supervisor reach out to me. There are so many issues that I cant even begin to note here. It is clear that communication and transparency is not something Guinness Partnership is know for. Ive yet to move into my flat and Im still paying on it and my other accommodation at the same time. Yet, no one seems to think how this impacts the lives of others. Unfortunately, I cant say anything positive about your company. There might be one or two custom service reps that actually did their job and tried to mitigate the mistakes of others. Unfortunately they can only do so much. I have already put in formal complaints and I am going to escalate my complaints.

I will not leave a review simply for logging an issue. Stop asking for reviews for answering the phone and fix up your maladministration issue's.

The ombudsman has once again ruled in my favour because Guinness refuses the prevent fly tipping and think it's okay to increase the bulk waste removal from Any Junk now to weekly collections at the expense of your customers.

Allison was super helpful and caring and attentive,could not fault her level of customer service.

When someone listens to your complaints about your repairs and hopefully they can do the work

Carlene was very pleasant on the phone. Took her time as I bombarded her with the maintenance issues that I had with our properties. She apologised for the systems taking so long to process the requests

Ibby was very helpful and polite .10/10 service

Ibby was very helpful-he had a welcoming attitude&listened to everything I had to say. As I was reporting ASB I was quite nervous&worked up, he explained how my complaint would be dealt with in a calming manner, advised me not to confront said person, told me what the next steps would be, &I came off the phone feeling much better&more protected. 10/10

Good customer service and the job completed by purdeys flooring was professional and high standard

Mark has gone above and beyond to assist me in sorting out the situation regarding my emergency repair. Countless mistakes had been made on the side of the out of hours team.He offered me compensation for the time I had missed off work and waiting for the plumber that didn't arrive. His customer service was brilliant and I felt I was being listened to, nothing was too much for him. Best regards Deborah.

This gentleman Abraham in Customer services dealt with me fantastically and Nicole yesterday also Nikki yesterday morning I hope My works will be completed because I have been absolutely traumatised by what I have experienced but I am very happy to say that Abraham was a delight and I was extremely happy to have him on the phone today Lulu May

Damage to light switch caused by the bin men ramming the communal bin into the light switch

Calling for a repare to my door handle and lock was very good. The person on the phone was very clear at telling me the steps I had to take and put me through as an emergency call out. It was a safety issue.

I was given A☆☆☆☆☆+ treatment by the customer services named Ibby. He had a lovely telephone manner and was extremely helpful towards me. I think he is an asset to Guinness Housing. Look after him because he is a diamond.. Thank you Ibby, if the world was full of Ibby's oh what a wonderful world it would be

I rang the Guinness Partnership earlier today and was greeted by Nicole. My experience was made very pleasant by Nicole. She was extremely professional, curtious and extremely helpful. Thank you Nicole.

The person I spoke to she was lovley and took the time to find out what I needed and went that extra mile.
How every the people that come out always just want to patch the job instead of doing the proper job so we don't have enough to call every 3 to 6 months

The lady sorted out how to get my door repair and took pictures of the damage, so the repair can be done quicker
