Professional & Curteous workmen

It would appear I have dissapeared from Guinness none ofmy info was recognised, after 40 minutes on dead chat, oh sorry they call it live chat, I decided to call guiness and after another obstical course and further wait, I was informed Guinness have a New my Guinness page that has to be re joined all over again in order to use it and all my previous info is no longer valid.
It might have been an idea to tell people or better yet leave it alone .
I was also told my payment reference number can be found on mail from Guinness ! Not so! mine has no number just three letters that appatently mean nothing! Further complicating things as you need it to re register,
