Security of premises
First reported the repair request just 24 hours ago. The Guinness agent, once made aware of the situation, immediately upgraded the repair to emergency status and arranged for an appropriate visit by an approved tradesman. Cannot fault the agents' professionalism, patience and empathy (I am 75 years old) and desire to help. Well done Guinness, you're the best!

Jeetu was very understanding as to why I had to change repairs date. I explained I work shifts across their am/pm. He has sent a detailed email to the repairs team so that a booking can be made at a convenient time.

Well after yesterday's review
Well after yesterday's review, told I was being visited by contractors..Well the time period was 12.00 to 17.00 about 15.00 I thought I will phone to confirm that they were on their way, after waiting for about 49 minutes, was told they were not coming out..no text no phone call..Shocking treatment wasted a day...said they will contact me...Absolute disgusting......🤬
