I've spoken to Hena in regards to the issues that I have, she handled it professionally and very well.
I give her 10 out of 10 as she professional person at what she does.
Guinness partnership need more staff like her.

The women who delt with me today She was lovely she made sure everything was booked in and organised and sorted before ending the phone

Hena was brilliant regarding a claim for an invoice after a conversation on the phone. She was thorough, professional and sympathetic and easy to talk to. She understood the circumstances in which I was claiming the invoice for. Thank you Guinness for training up your staff to such a high standard. Please would you give her a word of praise and pat on the back.

Had 4 issues and the lady has sorted them. She ordered repairs and dealt with the other matters professionally. Was also kind and sympathetic to the situations I was facing.

The service was great. The lady was very helpful and positive. I feel assured that everything is taken care of.

Not sure on young lady’s name Helen or Hannah??? Sorry. Most informative young lady answered all my questions and information given that I didn’t know I had to do. Raised jobs that need doing not sure if they will get done still 10 years or more still asking and hoping will eventually get done watch this space.

Complaint made 3 years ago about neighbours garden taken over and nothing done. The weeds are now 10foot high and Guinness have done nothing about apartheid talking to the neighbour and she has taken no action. Thus person is now unable to open her door. But can stand for hours outside Webb House.

Calling customer services today was not only easy but the lady was incredibly helpful and a pleasure to speak with.

The lady listen to every problem I had and informed me clearly how you guys gonna proceed with dealing with my issues she sorted everyting out for me in a 20 min call been trying for years online and letter no result but now I feel like everything is getting sorted because of how professional understanding and informed she was she saved me so much stress and time so I think she needs a promotion she should train other how to speak and deal with customers

So very difficult to contact.
So time consuming, that I guess so many simply give up.
Having said that the chap that I spoke to about the antisocial behaviour incident was very good to talk to. Howard listened well and has done his best to address the issue.
In the meantime I had tried logging on. Only the app failed to send text codes.
Followed by other website logging on issues and chat is simply awful. Takes so long and again adding all my details.
This was all to fill the time awaiting an answer on the phone.

NO it isn’t.

Had an electrical problem with my cooker switch and the gentleman raised it as an emergency for me with having kids, he was amazing and really polite.

Veery polite and helpful listended to my problem and offered help with on 24 hours

Megan was very polite, calm and helpful.
She sent me links to both my ref number and to change my password as I could not access my account to get the ref. number myself.
She call me back when our call suddenly closed and she seem to really care to help out.
