Custom design diamond ring.
I recently picked up my ring from GS Diamonds and I can honestly say it is stunning. Vince, who walked us through the process is patient and has a depth of knowledge.

I had great experience with GS Diamonds. I have purchased my diamond from them initially and wanted something to pair it with. And they helped me exactly what I was looking for. They also provided me with nice discount even though they were no longer giving Christmas offers, I really appreciate their kind gesture. Their customer service was next level. They responded back to my queries on time and I ended up getting what I wanted. Thanks to them big time.

Stay away from these guys if you have a schedule or plans!

The rings was ordered and paid for on 15/04/24, communication up to that point was very responsive with no issues and regular follow-ups .

The consultant initially advised that the ring will be ready around 27/05/2024, based on this info, I planned the proposal.

After the payment was processed, the last proactive update I received from GS Diamond in regards to this order was on the 15/04/2024 ( one day after payment), after that, it was total radio silence.

I became concerned in May with the lack of updates as the proposal was set for less than one month away.

I contacted GS Diamond on 5/5/2024 via webchat for an update and was advised by Lynsey that “everything’s on track for pick up on 27/05/2024”.

From there, it was radio silence again, there is no proactive updates from them after they get your money.

As the pick up date neared with no word from GS Diamond, I contacted them at the end of May via webchat again.

To my surprise, the associate advised me that the ring is now due for pick up by 03/06/2024, delayed by 7 days from the original date of 27/05/2024 and no one from GS Diamond ever tried contacting to advise of this delay.

I did not receive any apology for the change in the pickup date for the rings, but, the associate was VERY proactive and hounded me, reminding me that I still owed them a payment of $2100 on pickup.

On 28/05/2024, which was already past the initial estimated pickup date of 27/05/2024, I got two emails from the sales associate, I was happy thinking that it was to update me on the delivery date of my rings, instead, the reason for this PROACTIVE COMMUNICATION and sudden care towards this order is because it was the sales associate trying to see if I would be willing to pay the outstanding amount immediately, although we agreed the rest will be paid on pickup, there was no mention or any updates about the status of the rings,

As soon as I responded to the sales associate within 5 minutes of that email, advising that I would like to stick to the original plan of paying on pickup and also asked for an update on my order, the sales person miraculously disappeared and stopped responding, continuing the GS Diamonds specialty of radio silence as soon as they know they can’t get money out of you.

Really goes to show GS Diamonds’ mostly concerned with hounding customers for payment of the goods when the goods themselves are not even ready with not even a clear indication of when they will be ready!

No further updates were received, I then contacted GS diamond on 02/06/2024 just to follow up on the rings progress given GS Diamonds disappointing track record up to this point, to my surprise AGAIN, I was advised that the rings were only just at the workshop now, and is now further delayed to 07/06/2024.

A pickup date with GS Diamonds is worth nothing, as they will just amend and push back the due date as they please.

Ultimately, GS Diamond has no consideration or care for any delays or the extremely disappointing customer experience.

Stay away from GS Diamonds if you have plans or a timeline, they are great, up until they have your money and then they’ll throw you in the ditch.

If you prefer to purchase from a business that has no regards for your customer experience or have any sense of accountability,then, I have to say, GS Diamonds is the best business to go with.
