- As part of our commitment to exceptional service, simply visit us in-store to claim: - lifetime cleaning for your items —visit our stores, and we’ll inspect your piece to ensure all stones are securely set before giving it a sparkling clean with our ultrasonic cleaner. - 1 complimentary polish of your purchase for Platinum, 18k Yellow Gold, and 18k Rose Gold jewellery. For 18k White Gold jewellery, this includes both polishing and rhodium plating service. - 1 complimentary engraving on specific products. Some limitations apply depending on band width or design intricacy. Please note all complimentary services are available exclusively for clients within Australia and are valid for 5 years from date of purchase.

- A 30 day money back guarantee on eligible items (up to A$15,000), provided they’re returned in unworn condition with all original certificates.
- Certified loose diamonds — all loose diamonds come with a GIA or IGI grading certificate, the most trusted laboratories in the world. Most diamonds are also laser-inscribed on the girdle with their unique identification number, giving you complete peace of mind.
- A lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects, covering things like blemishes in the metal, chips or scratches present at collection, and uneven settings.
- A clear guarantee claim process, where you notify GS Diamonds within 14 days of noticing an issue (with photos and proof of purchase), and they’ll evaluate the piece.

As expected, the high quality service and professionalism that GS Sydney gave when we returned to price and spec our wedding bands was top notch. From the moment my partner and I walked into GS Diamonds, we knew we would not be looking elsewhere.
