For 18k White Gold jewellery, this includes both polishing and rhodium plating service. - 1 complimentary engraving on specific products. Extremely unprofessional, they brought the ring with wrong size, and they don't have a quick solution they solution is to wait 2 weeks, and they don't care about our wedding party time. They also said you will receive the ring maximum on 2nd Feb. and we received it on 4th of Feb. They don't respond to my emails as well. very bad experience

Based on our records, all details of your order were handled in line with what was discussed and confirmed at the time of purchase. The finger size used was the size provided and approved on your invoice, and the 2nd of February was communicated as an expected collection date. The ring was completed on the 3rd and collected on the 4th.
Regarding resizing, our team advised the standard 2–3 week timeframe required to ensure the quality and finish of the piece. We also confirm that none of your emails went unanswered throughout the process.
