Cannot recommend highly enough
Following on from the excellent roofing team, Enock the electrical expert came the next day as arranged. He worked patiently, politely and professionally all day in the extreme heat to get the inverter and associated fixtures installed and wired up along with the WiFi connection to monitor the finished system. He went out of his way to ensure the various components were placed according to our preferences and we could not have wished for a better job. Cannot recommend highly enough!!

I contacted them to ask for a refund - I received a prompt and explicative reply (and follow up interaction) by Olayemi who assisted to address the problem (within the workable options) and provide an overview of other options available for my bills. Happy with their approach and communication - some companies send back replies that clearly look a copy and paste whereas here you can certainly see they tailor their communication and try their best to address the question / issue. Thanks

A good outcome for my call
A good outcome for my call. Adam was friendly, clear and helpful. I had to hold for a while but that was explained and I was thanked nicely. I always try and avoid calling utility companies, banks etc. be use of past experience but this was excellent.
