Been with Goof Energy for decades - the BEST green energy company. Recently contacted them - NO AI Bot but straight through to a real helpful intelligent HUMAN, Angelica, who dealt with my quite tricky query politely & efficiently in minutes -excellent. Just what you want & such a relief compared to most companies these days who are introducing obstructive AI Bots. Very clear explanations, good lateral thinking, very patient while I searched and failed to find my bank card, really well spoken, more compos mentis than me.

We have recently had a smart meter fitted which was quite straight forward and went well.

Good Energy are by far the best energy company I have been with. Their customer service is excellent; the advisors are very helpful & they are always easy to get in touch with. Ten out of 10.

I had a very positive experience going through a complaints procedure. All the issues were dealt with in a satisfactory manner. Everyone I spoke with was kind and friendly - and I got the impression of working with a small team who were skilled and capable.

Donna gave a prompt and helpful response, sorting out the issues that I had.

All in all a great service, through from organising the installation of solar panels in December 2025 to now beginning to reap the reward of this with payments coming back in to me from the Solar Savings - efficient and helpful, occasionally I needed to prompt a response, but Shazia has been particularly quick to help and respond. Feeling really good to have the opportunity to have solar on my roof, collecting the energy of the sun, such a great system!

Excellent company to deal with and work with

I needed to check with Good Energy if they were the Gas suppliers for a rental property I had been letting. I fortunately had the pleasure of Rob Ellison dealing with my query. Not only was he able to answer my query quickly - no - he then proceeded to offer help and advice to identify the correct suppliers which has now been confirmed. Rob was polite, clear, accurate, a listener who after the call sent a comprehensive email of its outcome with an offer of further help if I needed it. An absolutely outstanding service that made my day amidst all the circles I was going round! Thank You Rob outstanding service. You are a credit to Good Energy.

A problem arose over a possible change of ownership of solar panels which I raised with GE. The GE representative, Kein, was very helpful as the problem was just a communication error and was soon sorted very quickly. Fabulous customer service! Thanks Kein.
