Having decided to have the powerwall 3 and EV charger installed, dealing with the team at GE has been really easy. Good communication throughout. In particular my installer Enoch, his work was neat and tidy, no question was a problem, very patient when setting up the apps, responded to calls immediately, so thank you Enoch.

Aftercare from Good energy
Our Solar system was fitted by Empower - subsequently taken over by Good Energy. We had multiple faulty optimizers on the system which Ben at Good energy contacted us about. Ben has been brilliant at sorting this out with the manufacturers, and arranging replacements. Once work was approved Sam (Ops director) has been quick and efficient at getting the work sorted. The aftercare has been excellent. Thanks

I emailed meter readings as I was having internet problems, and Craig immediately replied thanking me for the readings and offering to try and help with the internet problem. I explained the problem was at our end not yours, but it was good of Craig to try and help.
