Setting up process very easy and very good customer service
Having moved to the UK recently, getting all my utilities set up was a bit of a challenge. Ryan from Good Energy was super helpful in providing the right information and answering all my questions by email.

After renewing my heat pump tariff I was surprised to see such a large increase in the off-peak and peak rates. On contacting Good Energy, Donna M clearly explained the reason for the large increase which is primarily due to the conflict in the Middle East. After looking at alternative energy suppliers, it became very evident that Good Energy had the most competitive rates, so we are going to continue with Good Energy which will now be our 18th year

I received a prompt and friendly reply. I was suggesting a lower increase in DD payement than the sum announced.
This was gratefully accepted along with the suggestion I might want to increase it again as winter approach. I keep a tight eye on my consumption and ask for a reimbursement when in large credit. The pattern of communication with GE staff who bother to backtrack a little in my account history is frequently excellent. I whinge at the amount but not at having chosen an ethical energy provider.
