I placed an order worth approximately £300. The first part was delayed because the parcel was too large for the selected locker, and I had to resolve the delivery problem myself after receiving no meaningful assistance. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed with the quality and wanted to return it.

The remaining items have still not been dispatched. I have repeatedly requested an update and then asked to cancel them, but I have received no response or refund. Emails bounce back, replies cannot be sent to messages received from the company, and contact appears to be limited to an online form. The only explanation provided was a warehouse move, with no clear delivery date.

I am also concerned about returning the items already received without confirmation that the return will be acknowledged or refunded. I have since seen several other customers reporting similar problems.

Companies House records show that Ginger Ray Limited entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 25 June 2026, yet I could not find this clearly disclosed on the website when ordering. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, and I have now raised the matter with my payment providers.

Complete scam ,apparently in liquidation, do not order from this company , you will not recieve your items but they will take your money

Updating my review on 17.09.26 - I still would not advise ordering from this company as they did not dispatch my items or reply to my comms in a timely manner.

However, they did refund my order including postage fee pretty quickly.

I do not know what's going on with this company - they're listed as being in liquidation but they are still updating their store and sending emails so perhaps have been taken over? Either way, if you're considering buying then check the latest reviews.

Missing items in order. Cannot contact customer services. Will have to do a bank charge back for the missing £14.00 as cannot contact anyone for support.

It took 10 days to recieve my order and unfortuantely several items were missing. I tried numerous attempts to contact the company via their email address and contact form and recieved no response. I have instead raised it as a cashback claim via my bank in some hopes that I get my money back! The items I did recieve came in damaged and dirty boxes. Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order.

Difficult to review the items I've paid for as they haven't arrived. Hopefully customer services will be getting back to me with an explanation

Ordered an item on sale it came damaged and missing half the items. When I contacted them through email and their website to complain, they never replied. Awful, wouldn't recommend.

Do not buy from here. Wished I’d read these reviews beforehand. Ordered garlands, paid for garlands, went to collect my parcel and all garlands are missing I have just paper plates and candles. This has cost me over £40! For paper plates and birthday candles. Disgusting

Terrible. Product was sent to a pick up shop without me requesting it. The shop would not give me the parcel because I was not sent a barcode to collect. I contacted the customer services email twice and had no response at all. Did not receive product. No refund. Avoid.

As I've read lots on here now, we ordered a cake topper for our wedding. Nothing received. Contacted them various ways and heard nothing back but they still send automated emails asking for feedback 😂 absolutely awful way to treat customers. Companies House suggests that they are not even operating! Please don't give them your business!

Terrible. Placed an order a week ago. Not dispatched. Their email bounces back. They’ve been disabling comments on their Instagram of people complaining about not receiving their orders. And have now just somehow emailed asking for a review. Avoid!

Did not receive all my order. Tried contacting company’s customer service email but keep receiving a bounce back. I would like to receive a refund. In the past had good experience with this company but very disappointed this time

Wish I’d checked the reviews first. I ordered some items for my little girl’s birthday and paid for express delivery a week and a half ago, as we are moving soon. There’s no sign of my items, no dispatch email and no response from customer service via the email address supplied (it just bounces back) or the online contact form. I’m without my items and without my money, with no way of knowing what’s happened. Honestly, what a dire experience.

I’m very unhappy , my goods have never turned up and communication from this company is non existent.
Delivery company won’t deal with my enquiry they have referred me back to seller .
I feel I have been scammed of my payment !

Has this company gone into administration or something? No orders being fulfilled. No emails or comms are working. My order is 10 days late cant even get a refund or cancel order even though tracking says not packed yet. Will have to report is a fraud to my bank.

I paid extra for express shipping for my babies first birthday and our ten year wedding anniversary celebrations… I thought ten days would give us plenty of time… absolutely nothing. The customer contact phone AND email doesn’t work and no response to any requests done via the website either. Atrocious

Didn’t arrive on time even though paid for express shipping. Came 5 days later, after the party I ordered it for. Customer service didn’t respond to my email complaint regarding the charge for express delivery and then not providing the service I paid for

I placed an order on the 16th August and it was dispatched on the 20th August so I thought I would have received it a couple of days later. I selected InPost as the delivery option and they have been trying to deliver it to a locker now for 4 days without success. I have rang them and they wouldn’t let me change it to my home address and I have sent two emails directly to Ginger Ray to ask for the address to be changed and I have still not received a reply. If someone can please look into my order and tell me what’s happening that would be great. Thank you!

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an order on the 16th August paid for the 3-5 working day delivery and I’m still waiting on my order! It hasn’t been dispatched yet and I’m unable to speak to anyone to find out if or when my order will arrive. £18.20 is a lot when you’re trying to pay for a wedding and that money could have been used with another company who are actually reliable.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Never will I order from this company ever again. Shocking customer service.

Oh how I WISH I'd have checked their reviews on this site before supporting a small business. If there is ever a reason people use Amazon, it's 'companies' like this.

Do yourself a favour, save your money and go elsewhere. Or better yet, just take your money and burn it, which is essentially what I've done.

Shocking company, and shocking they are still trading. They should be reviewed by Trading Standards.

A £25 refund would be nice. But, you know, I think at this point I'd settle for a closure of their business.
