Item arrived damage. Impossible to get in contact as messages come back undeliverable......

Loved the candle holders that arrived, very poor packaging and one was totally smashed... Sadly unable to email via customer service, so one missing candle holder for the wedding...

Ordered 3 items - only one item of received and no response to my email asking where the other two are.

Ordered with plenty of time ahead of my daughter’s party according to the 3-5 day delivery promise on the website. Nearly 2 weeks later I’ve had a notification to say that one item out of 20 has been despatched. Nothing has arrived, the party has been and gone and no response from company.

Never received my order and my attempts at contacting them were ignored.

Only received half of my order. Tried to contact via customer support and kept bouncing back with no way to contact the company. Ended up getting a refund through bank by disputing the payment.

Ordered three items and only two came. I’ve contacted the company twice and about this and no response. Disgusting, wish I’d read the reviews first.

I really wish I’d read the reviews before placing an order with this company. Absolutely appalling! I placed an order on the 1st September and it still hasn’t arrived and now I have received an email to say “ Your parcel couldn't be delivered - It's heading back to your sender” this was something I needed for my wedding so I am extremely disappointed. The customer service email just says undeliverable so I’m not even sure it’s a real company or it’s a scam just be warned.

I ordered 8 items and only 1 ever arrived. The email for customer services bounces and they don’t reply to instagram or facebook messages. AVIOD.

Still am yet to receive my order even though I paid for express delivery! It’s been 10 days…! I will never be using them again!

Ordered 6th September and still have not received my items. An email notified that one parcel has been delivered to InPost locker but it hasn’t and the other parcel hasn’t even been dispatched ( 2 weeks since ordering). Need the items for my wedding so very frustrating. No contact number and no reply from contact form on their website and their email bounced back. Avoid

I placed an order worth approximately £300. The first part was delayed because the parcel was too large for the selected locker, and I had to resolve the delivery problem myself after receiving no meaningful assistance. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed with the quality and wanted to return it.

The remaining items have still not been dispatched. I have repeatedly requested an update and then asked to cancel them, but I have received no response or refund. Emails bounce back, replies cannot be sent to messages received from the company, and contact appears to be limited to an online form. The only explanation provided was a warehouse move, with no clear delivery date.

I am also concerned about returning the items already received without confirmation that the return will be acknowledged or refunded. I have since seen several other customers reporting similar problems.

Companies House records show that Ginger Ray Limited entered creditors’ voluntary liquidation on 25 June 2026, yet I could not find this clearly disclosed on the website when ordering. This has been an extremely stressful and disappointing experience, and I have now raised the matter with my payment providers.

Complete scam ,apparently in liquidation, do not order from this company , you will not recieve your items but they will take your money

Updating my review on 17.09.26 - I still would not advise ordering from this company as they did not dispatch my items or reply to my comms in a timely manner.

However, they did refund my order including postage fee pretty quickly.

I do not know what's going on with this company - they're listed as being in liquidation but they are still updating their store and sending emails so perhaps have been taken over? Either way, if you're considering buying then check the latest reviews.

Missing items in order. Cannot contact customer services. Will have to do a bank charge back for the missing £14.00 as cannot contact anyone for support.

It took 10 days to recieve my order and unfortuantely several items were missing. I tried numerous attempts to contact the company via their email address and contact form and recieved no response. I have instead raised it as a cashback claim via my bank in some hopes that I get my money back! The items I did recieve came in damaged and dirty boxes. Wish I had seen these reviews before placing an order.

Difficult to review the items I've paid for as they haven't arrived. Hopefully customer services will be getting back to me with an explanation

Ordered an item on sale it came damaged and missing half the items. When I contacted them through email and their website to complain, they never replied. Awful, wouldn't recommend.

Do not buy from here. Wished I’d read these reviews beforehand. Ordered garlands, paid for garlands, went to collect my parcel and all garlands are missing I have just paper plates and candles. This has cost me over £40! For paper plates and birthday candles. Disgusting
