Annabelle and Robert Gillman, the second generation of the Gillman family are the current owners/directors of the business. We are very happy with the entire process, from purchase to delivery. The tumble dryer we ordered arrived at Gillman’s damaged, but they quickly contacted us and rescheduled delivery for just a day later. We are satisfied with the product so far.

Apologises that the item has arrived to you with the packaging in poor condition. Usually the items are packaged in an additional outer cardboard box for protection, sorry if this did not happen on this occasion.
Small table top fridge
I ordered a brand-new tabletop fridge, but what I received was clearly not new. The fridge arrived with deep scratches, dents, removed protective film, and poor packaging. Extremely disappointing experience and misleading sales practices.

Apologises that the item arrived with you in poor condition. The item was ordered directly from the manufacturer and sent on to you in a sealed box. With the item being sent by a courier occasionally items do get scratched or dented in transit. We did offer to replace the item for you the next day.
Superb delivery service
Will and George delivered a new washing machine and big fridge freezer today to a brand new property. They listened to our wishes of where to place the washing machine and ensured it would fit - he went and found a longer inlet hose so that it could go exactly where we wanted. Many Thanks.
